All around excellent service. Extremely responsive in setting up a time that worked for me.

The provider did a thorough and excellent job, and was very courteous and friendly, as were his assistants. He also did some extra work above and beyond at a minimal charge. I highly recommend this service provider.

The work itself was fine but he did the job and then called after completion and told me that they had to charge $40 extra dollars to take some nails out of the gutter (I was told that they had to take the gutters apart). He sent me the bill and I never paid it so he reported me to collections. Because of that, I went ahead and paid it but continued to get collections calls. I'm unhappy that they did the work before getting the ok from me and that they then failed to notify the collection agency once I paid.

They did a great job. Done in less than one hour. Would definitely use them again!

Thy came within a couple of days of my call. Thy showed up on time, were very professional, and friendly. They did the work quickly and with good quality. I've used them before for gutter cleaning, and they did a great job with that too. HIGHLY recommend.

Monroe Gutter Cleaning did an excellent job. I had signed up for their Spring cleaning and they just recently did that. I have no problems with them. I didn't get a call saying they were coming and I just happen to be in the upstairs room and I heard footsteps on the roof. When I looked out the window, the guy had his name o it so I know what it was. When they came, they came with enough of a crew that they weren't here long at all. They came in, did their work and they left, the same thing happened this time, only I would have appreciated some type of phone call just to warn me that they were going to be on my roof. They're just quick and efficient. I know my gutters were clean. The interaction was fine. he initially introduced himself at the door the first time, that was on the Fall.

They were in and out and keep everything very clean.

They did an excellent job in a timely fashion, at what I consider to be a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again, and in fact will be signing a contract with them for regular cleaning.

As far as I know, everything went well. Quality of work was unknown. The employee never came to the door before or after the work was finished. They just left a flyer saying that the job was completed. I would have liked better communication.

Chet at Monroe Gutter Cleaning is a real professional. The first thing I noticed was how good his communication is. He responded more quickly to my Angie's List email messages than any provider that I have worked with. He is absolutely reliable. I am putting my house on the market in the next week and because the gutters were frozen we had to wait for Chet to do the service. As soon as the weather warmed up even a little I called Chet, told him that I had to have the job done quickly because we are scheduled to show the house, and hours later he was at our house doing an excellent job. My gutters were full of matter and really compacted and he did a perfect job. The $119 service I bought through Angie's Llist covered 100 linear feet of gutter, and he had no problem doing the half of the house that was really bad and then switching over to the detached garage where it was also bad, in lieu of doing the other side of the house that was not in that bad of shape. He put in a lot of work for the $119 and I feel like I received a professional job at a good value. I will definitely be calling him again at my new house.

There was a scheduling issue due to the weather. I intent to try to use them in the future. They were great with emails and phone calls. They were fine with the refund. They knew it was nothing against them and it was weather related.

Very well. They promptly communicated with us and scheduled a convenient time in about 2 days. The work was quickly done and the debris left in a disposable bag - a lot more than I expected. Everything cleaned up.

They over booked their capacity and when the weather got cold (in late November) they had to suspend their operation ( siting the safety of their workers ~ I completely agree. No one's health is worth a clean gutter) until it got warmer. Three weeks later when it began to warm up I get a voice mail on my cell phone (on a Sunday night) that they are coming out the next day. In short order my family had to arrange the coordination of who was going to be home in the morning to open the gate (of a stockade fence) and who would be home to close and lock it. When they were finished they left three large plastic bags full of wet leaves. Right in front of my wife's garage door. It took both my wife and my daughter to move the heavy plastic bags out of the way so my wife could use the garage. During that relocation of those bags one broke open from it's shear weight. This created a mess for my wife and daughter to clean up in their business dress clothes. No report on the condition of my gutters. I was just reminded that they sent a $20 check for our inconvenience. I am no "0" for "2" with Angies list.

There had been major delays (perhaps related to bad weather). But eventually, my gutter was cleaned before Christmas. they showed up when i wasn't at home. But, a note was left at the door that the service was done. But, it was difficult to how good of job they did because of snow.

Weather prevented getting the job done when originally scheduled, but communication was good and job was done to our satisfaction.
