From the initial consultation to the installation of our water treatment and purification system, Hurricane Home Solutions Inc was informative and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns (this is the first property I own with well water). The installation went smooth and the technician explained the system very clearly before he left. We have had our system in place for almost a year with no issues.

Products and service are excellent!

The Technician was professional and answered all questions. The service was good, on time. I have to call back for some finishing, to put a seal around the wires holes to prevent the student and insect from coming inside the house. Otherwise, the service was good

Offered a whole house install for the same price as another company offered partial install. Workmen were efficient and cleaned up very well when the job was complete.

Kudos to Mike our Tech, on time, very polite, and very eager to fix our problem, which turned out to be caused more by us than the system, still very courteous and willing to fix the leak for us. Folks at Hurricane Home Solutions are amazing and right on the ball for scheduling appointments as soon as possible, they were here the next day . Very impressive staff and amazing installers. Some confusion about where the generator could actually go due to codes but the guys were patient and determined to get it the way we wanted. Very impressive.

When my previous tankless water heater died two days before Christmas, I needed a solution fast. Hurricane not only replied immediately, but had a unit reserved for me in the event I would hire them. They gave me a break on installation costs since the necessary mechanical, plumbing and electrical was already in place. I will call on them for any future needs as they have now expanded their offerings. Based on my experience so far, I can recommend Hurricane.

Very nice and courteous people. They were here on time and worked hard and fast and cleaned-up when they were done. I was somewhat disappointed with a couple of the features of the system that I thought I should of been made aware of before they were done. In conclusion, I think they did a fair job. I had 4 quotes from various providers for a whole home generator install. Ethan from Hurricane made it feel like a consultation, not a sales pitch. I immediately felt Comfortable with the down to earth explanation and decided he had earned my business. The install team came in, explained everything, installed the generator and cleaned up after themselves. There are a lot of companies you can choose to do business with, but these folks really earn every dollar. Make them your choice. You wonâ t be disappointed.
