Mark is communicative, honest, and reliable. Heâ s a true professional who aims to do the job accurately and safely. He installed two ceiling fans, a light fixture and an outlet in our apartment in a timely fashion. Mark encountered an issue with the wiring in one of the rooms and made sure he took the time to diagnose the heart of the problem and addressed it. My building had an outage May 15 along with seven other Con Ed clients. Power was restored that day, and we were told by Con Ed that everything was fine. We had a bit of a heat wave early June and realize we had no 220V power and hence no AC. Con Ed said everything looked fine from their end and told me to get electricians. Mr. Mark Vieto and his partner Mr. Oâ Neil came promptly and repaired the damage that occurred due to the outage. They realized though that these problems were not the cause of our loss of 220V power and only Con Ed could restore our power. Mr Vieto explained his analysis and showed me his diagnostic readings and what they should be. He advised me to call Con Edison as soon as possible And even gave me a script to read to them. Con Ed sent the person that night, but he wasnâ t convinced it was Con Edâ s fault. But after inspecting their work and finally opening the smart meters that only Con Ed has access to, He admitted his colleagues on May 15 did not follow through as they should have. We got our 220V power back. What really impressed me were Mr. Vieto and Mr. Oâ Neillâ s technical skills and thoroughness. Also, their concern for us since we have a newborn, a two year-old, and my 87-year-old mother residing in the building. I recommend them to everyone and will call them if I need electrical repairs in the future.

Mark is a class act. He helped me with some other work for my fiancee recently and it was a top-notch experience, so he was the natural go-to for my repair. Once again, he responded promptly when I reached out, showed up on time, did fantastic work, leaves no mess, and even touched up some loose ends from prior work that had nothing to do with him. At the end I needed one more thing, but I only had 15 minutes. He got it done in 14! He is not just a Rockstar, he is a Savage! I have already reached out to him for some upcoming work at my moms place. I think that level of trust speaks for itself. And of course the million-dollar question.. How are Marks prices? Well, I have done my share of DIY projects and also hired contractors for both minor and major renovations and I can say youll be lucky to find Marks level of professionalism and quality at his prices. Mark arrived early, which was great, then proceeded to remove the old ceiling fan very quickly and easily. He then assembled and installed the new ceiling fan and made sure it was sturdy and not wiggling or shaking. Everything works perfectly, and Mark was a real professional and was very respectful person. GREAT JOB!!

Mark presented me and my husband with the most efficient and cost effective way to install our home EV charger. He was very honest and transparent by saying his estimate could vary depending on additional challenges he encounters with the installation . The actual cost didnâ t vary greatly from the estimate and was very fair and reasonable. My husband and I were Impressed by Markâ s professionalism and his people skills. Mark promptly returns calls and texts and he also did the job in the time frame he estimated. We also appreciated he didnâ t leave the job until we figured out how to download and configure our app for the charger- even though it was a Saturday night. We are pleased with our experience and will definitely use Markâ s services for any future projects . Mark installed recess lights in my living room and entryway. He is extremely competent and really cares about doing a good job. He is personable and worked diligently. He advised me on my options without pressuring me or making me feel like he was trying to upsell me. During this installation, he communicated consistently and was transparent about pricing throughout the project. He is definitely someone I would recommend. He made sure my home was clean and even straightened a light switch that had been previously installed crooked. He is truly a rockstar!!!!
