Description of Work: Evaluated situation at the house and made recommendations. We took a service contract one year. No problems yet, so it's hard to say more, but the people who came to inspect and consult were cordial, clear, and had a lot of information that was useful.

Description of Work: We had a great experience. They came out and inspected the house. We ended up buying a different package based on our needs. The guys who have come out have all been very nice. We had an emergency visit one day and had a guy come out the same day. Turned out it was nothing thankfully but they were great.

Description of Work: I originally purchased the wrong package and Jean at Garrie allowed me to switch to the correct one. No fuss! Thank you! Great customer service at the office and friendly, knowledgable service men in the field.

Description of Work: I purchased a pest maintenance contract great price and the service was awesome. I gave them a B only beacuse it was very difficult to get the first appointment. I kept calling the office and they would tell me that I would need to call back when the person who handled the Angies List deals needed to schedule my service and when I would call back she either just left or was on vacation. When I finally got someone to come they were excelent they took care of my problem and they came back when they were supposed to. |

Description of Work: Signed up for annual contract. When they are here they have been great, but when I call with a problem (one time thousands of ants swarming) they said they couldn't make it out for a couple days.

Description of Work: I purchased a perimeter package. I had two hornets nests removed (included). One nest could not actually be removed as it was in cinder blocks in the wall. We encountered an initial problem of the hornets point of egress being blocked and so some found their way in to the house. I called the company and they sent somebody back out. After the second visit the situation was rectified. Very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: This is the first time I have used Angie's List. I am very satisfied with the service Garrie's provided. They were right on time, got to work, cleaned up after and answered all my questions.

Description of Work: They were prompt,professional and the mouse issue I had seems much better. There was a small hitch with the Angie's List discount but the office staff took care of it to my satisfaction quickly.
