 + -1 moreI chose this company because they had done my pre-closing pest inspection and it had seemed honest;they said there was evidence of old termite damage, but no current/active problems aside from some mice. Their recommendation was simply for periodic inspection. I decided to be more conservative and have the Centricon Termite colony system installed. Their estimate several months after the initial inspection was twice the original (which may have reflected some deal for contracts signed in connection with inspections). They arrived punctually and the work seemed good.
Description of Work: Installation of Centricon Termite System around perimeter of house and pool house and placement of mouse trap system.

 + -1 moreI HAVE HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH THEM AS FAR AS ALERTING ME. THEY COME ON A QUARTERLY BASIS, AND I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THEM WARNING ME SO I COULD UNLOCK MY GATE. ONCE THEY SORTED THAT OUT, THEY HAVE BEEN GOOD AS FAR AS COMING WHEN I SAY. SINCE I HAVE COMPLAINED, I THINK THEY HAVE STRAIGHTENED OUT BY BEING ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE ELIMINATED THE ANTS. THEY DO A GOOD JOB ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.

THEY WOULD LEAVE THEIR CARD ON THE DOOR KNOB SAYING THAT THEY WERE HERE AND THAT THERE WAS NO ACTIVITY IN THE TRAPS AND SO ON. THE PAYMENT COVERS A YEARLY RENEWABLE CONTRACT. THE COMPANY DOESN'T COME IN THE WINTER.
Description of Work: IT'S CALLED CENTRICON. IT'S A CYLINDER THEY PUT IN THE GROUND WITH BAIT. THE TERMITES EAT THE BAIT, AND THEY TAKE IT BACK TO THE COLONY AND KILL THE COLONY.
