Everything went well. Provider was punctual and brought proper equipment. No surprises!

The manager came and talked to me about the deal. He said if I did this with them next year it would cost more. When I purchased the deal I thought they would be spraying inside and out of the house but they just sprayed outside. He told me the inside would be at an additional cost so I told him to just spray outside. Within a week or two weeks the guy that came out to spray was very nice and explained everything.

When I called them initially, they told me that someone would have to be here, so that they could check out the place and I objected to that. They said that was what they do and I said that was not what I do, I asked for an external application, and I told them if they could not meet my wishes then just cancel it. I talked to the supervisor and they said no problem. They sent me some paperwork and they wanted me to declare that I knew about all of the pesticides that they were going to put around my house, I put a line through that, because they had not explained that to me. I signed it and sent it back to them and the next day I got a CD in the mail explaining all of the pesticides and a note asking me to sign off on that so I did that. I was not home when they came out, this was something that I could have done myself, but I did not have the time, so I just had someone else do it. They spray an application around the house, 3 times a year. The price was designed to get you to try their service and see if I would like it. I think that is a good idea and so the price was fair.

They were very good. It was an offer advertised on Angie's List. They showed up on time. They respected the quote on Angie's List because they said it had actually expired They said that it should have come off but they stood behind it. They were very courteous and professional. They did the work they said they would do. They showed up on time and they charged me the price they said. I don't have any bugs now but it was only a few days ago.

Thought we would get charged a service call fee. Garrie did not charge anything as all they did was inspect certain areas. This was a pleasant surprise.

Garrie came out to inspect our space, to see if we needed any pest control services. There was no charge for the inspection. He said for what we need done, we have to wait until September. The person that came our was punctual, as well as extremely friendly, and helpful. I plan to use their services in September.

I called and they sent a "salesman" over very promptly. He was VERY thorough - went into the attic, looked outside, went up with a ladder. He mentioned some old traces of mice but I was very clear that I needed squirrel removal. We arranged for a contract. Dealing with the office was a problem. I didn't get the contract, no one called back, no one called to make the follow-up appointment. Finally, I called the salesman again, he straightened out the contract problem and an appointment was set up for the technicians to come. The technicians come, look under the sink (no squirrels there) tell me I have some traces of mice. When I explain - again - that I have a squirrel problem, they inform me that they DON'T DO squirrel removals and they were only there for mice. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. The issue from the beginning was squirrels. I was furious. The technicians were very nice and gave me the name of a squirrel removal guy. But I would NEVER use this company. They obviously just wanted to get a contract signed for work that wasn't needed.

We had a great experience with this company. The exterminator didn't find any evidence of bedbugs, but he did find a spider problem. He gave us a free estimate to fix that and charged us nothing for the bedbug check. We were really impressed by the company's courtesy, professionalism and responsiveness.

I have had a great experience with this company. They are polite, responsive, and seem to enjoy their job. We no longer have a problem with carpenter ants so they did exactly what we wanted them to do. I would use them again for sure.

They are very, very good. They are very reliable and responsible. I like that they are responsive to requests or anything that I need. When there is a really serious problem, someone comes out and takes care of it immediately, and they are thoughtful. They are reasonable and responsive. I have used them for years, and I think that they are really good. I don't think that they take advantage of me or anything. They just came over immediately. I had somebody doing work and they found termites; I asked Garrie Pest Control if they can come over and they said they will be right over immediately. They weren't nearby; they just got in the car and came over. I would use them again in the future.

The person that came out seemed very nice and knowledgeable. They went around and inspected the basement, and explained things to my wife. She said they did a good job looking over everything. They gave us a good quote with different options. We are thinking of switching from the company we are using now to this company.

He arrived on time and took plenty of time to assess and treat my problem. Once again, Angie has helped me find a reliable service company.

They were very good and treated the problem very thoroughly. They found the source of the ants and they also sprayed around the house. They were prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional. They did what they said they would do at the time they promised and it was effective. It seemed like a fair price and I will use them again in the future.

My husband is petrified of the bees. They came to evaluate the termites but my husband had them spray for the bees. They were very good. They were going to come back and talk about the termites but we have not been able to get to that because of the flooding. They said that the bees would have gone in a couple of weeks by themselves but my husband had gotten stung by a whole wasp of bees as a child. It was a phobia and so, the termite became unimportant and the bees became a priority. We will never know if the bees left by themselves or they got rid of it. We thought that they were excellent and very polite. They got the job done. Our experience with them was excellent. We have not seen another bee. They were on time. They seemed professional. They were very nice. We know that they have to come back to kill the termites. They have to build a radar device around the house which would cost $1000 and it would be a yearly contract. They would then come and watch the termites. We had some other termite companies come by as well but have not followed through with any of them.

We knew the owner. They were more economical than other pest control companies; their price was between $300 and $400 a year. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

My wife and I were terrified that we may have had a small bed bug infestation centered around our living room couch. We called Garrie Pest Control at their new number (800) 339-0351 (Angie's list needs to update their records a little) and scheduled an appointment. A live person answered the phone within a couple of rings. We live a few miles away from their office in Peekskill NY. Steve G. from Garrie Pest Control arrived in a plain white unmarked car (nothing more embarrassing than a large truck that says bed bug exterminator), on time and in less than an hour of my initial phone call. He was was beyond thorough. He was very courteous, personable and he seemed genuinely interested in putting our fears to rest. He even went as far as to tip our couch 90 degrees straight up on its end and stick his head way inside it with a flashlight, to be sure there was no infestation and nothing for us to worry about. He answered every single one of our bedbug Internet search driven paranoid questions and made sure we were comfortable with the explanations and answers before he left. Beyond being thrilled that there was no bedbug infestation, I am beyond thrilled that service was prompt, professional, thorough and the price was right. I am definitely recommending Garrie Pest Control to my friends and family in the area. No doubt about it, Steve worked and earned all of those A ratings today.

They arrived very soon after they were called. The looked at the problem and informed us that we could handle it ourselves with regulare household products. If we did not want to do it ourselves, they would of agreed to handle if for us. We decided to take their advice and we bought regular ant control products and the ants soon disappered. They did not charge us for the service call (almost unheard of in this day and age). They are courteous and professional and would highly recommend them.

We have an annual contract with them. They do 4 treatments a year and they guarantee that we will see no pests in our house and since we have been doing this we haven't had a problem. They don't come inside at all. It's all outside. I don't have any problems with them. I don't know how long we have had them. They guarantee that we won't have any problems. There were a couple of times when we had a minor issue and it wasn't due to their treatment. Somebody brought in stuff in the house that had been someplace else and they brought some bugs with it. They just came over and took care of it and that was the end of it. No questions and no additional money. You sign up this contract and they guarantee you won't have a problem. If you do have a problem, they come and they take care of it. It's not an additional fee. You have paid for their annual service so you don't have to pay anything else and that's really nice. I would rate them as excellent. I haven't compared their prices, but it seems fine to me. I think it is very good. We got a recommendation for them from a friend who used them. We went by that and we've not had any problems. They have been very responsive so we haven't had the need. I realize the price we pay is a lot of money but it's not a lot of money on the other side when you look at all the problems you can avoid. It's like an insurance policy. Their quality is excellent as far as we are concerned. They are very responsive. You call them and somebody shows up right away. I am not home when they come out. It is not a time-based service. Whenever it is time for the next spraying, they show up. They do it on schedule, they show up, and they don't call. They don't have to come in the house. They leave something so you know they have been there. We found them to be very professional. I wouldn't switch to another company. I already know they do a good job. I wouldn't go hunting for somebody to do a bad job. I might check prices, but the prices have to be substantially different for me to switch. Cheaper isn't always better. I have been with them for five or six years or maybe longer and the price hasn't changed. The price has been the same price ever since I signed on with them. I know a lot of things I have had over that period of time when the price isn't the same so I am very happy. They have given me great service and they have never changed the rates. If they change it next year, I am not going to be upset. They have been very stable, not a different price every year but the same price.

They are great and we like them. They are pretty good about getting here depending on the urgency. They usually come within a couple of days. We?ve used them in another house too. We have an annual plan with them. It is the gold shield plan. So far they have covered rodents and bees. They have cone out 3 times so far for the bees. We did have a little problem when we were transferring our contract. They are quite good but I wouldn't call them absolutely perfect. The service has been good. They come 4 times a year for rodent testing and we call them when we need them.

It went well. It was a set price they came as scheduled and I was satisfied with the service

Overall it was a good experience. We dealt with the same two exterminators for the entire process. They obviously took great pride in their work, and they kept coming back, four times in two weeks, until we were rodent free.

There is no schedule or appointments as they show up, let me know they are here and do the spraying. They mostly do the outside but if needed, they come in and spray. They do a good job. I do not have a problem with ants, termites or any other bugs since I have started using them.
