Description of Work: I purchased an annual pest contract. I has carpenter ants at the time. They came promptly to assess the situation. He immediately found the nest, told me all about carpenter ants, and told me how they would treat them. He also told me how they were getting in and what I needed to do to make sure they stayed out in the future. They were able to schedule and apply the actual treatment the next day and they treated the entire perimeter of the house. The ants disappeared immediately. They will come back quarterly to treat the house for one year. The price was fair, the work was great, and the two men I met could not have been nicer!

Description of Work: I had a wasps' nest in one of my walls. They came to remove it, and did a fine job as far as I can tell. It was quick, and got the job done.

Description of Work: The estimator was puntionual, personable and professional (knew full what was going on with the pests). Arranged an appointment to our mutual satisfaction; the appointment was kept and the service guy proved to be helpful, friendly and quite expert.

Description of Work: Sprayed for stink bugs. Guy said it might be too late but then why did he go on to do it? He was nice, polite, punctual and we got stink bugs when the season started, as badly as ever.

Description of Work: Great job, very professional, on top of their game. Thought I had a one issue and Chris determined it was something else, saved us a ton of money. Very respectful of our premises ,went so far as to put booties on ,so as not to bring dirt into the house. Solution to problem worked precisely as he predicted . Glad I took annual program ,if another issue appears ,I'm sure he would pick it up before it became a problem. Would recommend Chris and therefore GARRIE without hesitation .

Description of Work: We contacted this company because we thought we needed pest control for some bugs we found in a box of flour we got from the grocery store. They came right away, were super nice and told us what to do at no charge and that the job was not big enough for their services. I couldn't believe that there are still companies like this that aren't out to make a quick buck. I would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: Garrie responded promptyl to our call where we expressed our concern that we had carpenter ants entering our home for the first time. The representative arrived promptly and crawled into the basement and other areas and did a thorough inspection before telling us that we did not have this problem and then did not charge use anything for the trip or the inspection-- which we thought was extraordinarily generous use of his time. Should we have any other issue we would not hesistate to use again.
