John worked super fast and fixed the problem immediately! His pricing was very reasonable that now I am having an electrical line put and three light fixtures installed. Came on time. Put up one chandelier and fixed another. However, he knew he was replacing GFCI sockets and under counter light switches in my kitchen but never asked any questions before his appointment; including what color outlets we had. He showed up without the supplies to replace the outlet switches. Although ours were black/ brown, we agreed to replace them with ivory but he didn't have that either! In the pouring rain my husband ran to the hardware store to pick them up for him while John worked on the light fixtures. When my husband returned, John realized he forgot to say that we needed them to say LED, so back to the hardware store my husband went. They weren't in stock, so he called and told John that the next closest place he could go to was Home Depot. At this point, John and his 2 associates are waiting in his truck for my husband to return with the parts he didn't bring and offered no solution in locating. He finally installs the switches but 2 of them were flickering when on high. John states that's because HD's product is substandard. Really? Now you say this? His solution was that he'd replace them when he came back to do more work for us. I called him the next day to express our disappointment. He said he'd check his schedule about coming back to fix them. 4 days later, still no contact. I emailed him again. 2 days later he emails me and tells me that I didn't hear from him because he was ordering the switches. Forget it, I don't want him back in my home! Poorly prepared and unapologetic. He gave us an estimate for additional work, including an upgrade to our panel, which was not itemized. Just a total bill of $4000. So big deal that he's tidy and polite! We received substandard work at the end of the day. If you need materials find out in advance or advice the homeowner accordingly.

Clean job, in and out

John is very responsive, professional and timely. He solved our electrical problem quickly. He installed two light fixtures, and made a great suggestion for LED lights in all of over overhead round inset ceiling fixtures. We are very happy we found John!

I hired John to install a chandelier and run electric to that location. He needed to cut a few holes in the ceiling but did so neatly and nailed the sheetrock pieces back up which will make it easy to repair. John was professional, polite, did excellent work and even cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend and will definitely use him again.
