I have never worked with a more incompetent office. After three weeks of struggles this is where we’ve landed. -bin not delivered on time -office has no idea how to schedule new clients in their pick up area. Its “a struggle” so she just gave up and said she can’t figure it out. How will a business succeed if they can’t handle new customers!? -emails were not answered (4x) -recycling policy question could not be answered -voicemail box was full and couldn’t leave messages. -after I pointed out via email (which was never addressed) that I couldn’t leave a message. Voicemail was emptied. I called and left a message and then immediately followed with an email.... no response. Said she didn’t get either -refuses to work with costumer over the companies mistakes. I don’t leave such negative reviews but I’m hoping that other families avoid having to live with a full bin of trash for multiple weeks because of this company.
