Pat and his assistant were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. I would hire them again in a second and his fees were extremely reasonable for the work performed. We had an issue with lights that would dim, go out, or not turn on when other lighting and electricity was used in another room within our house. Pat worked with us to troubleshoot the issue and correct it. Then when I suggested preventative electrical maintenance to make sure the problem doesn’t arise again, rather than over sell me which I would have down hade he recommended, Pat instead suggested a more conservative reasonable approach and did not try to over sell me at all. Pat is a true professional and would highly recommend and use them again.

Arrived on time. Discussed options , workers were efficient, came with a vacuum, and cleaned up whatever whatever debris was around. Tested everything before they left and boss called me the next day to see if everything was working. Highly recommended!

Easy call to book an appointment. They were on time. First Pat and his co-worker laid down tarps and put booties on. Nice. They replaced fluorescent lighting in a basement work room requiring two new switches. The room is finally a functioning workroom! We also had kitchen lighting that had gone out. We thought it had broken and had ordered replacements that were expensive. Pat examines the light an and realized all they needed was new bulbs and a wiring redo. Saved us a lot of money and Pat graciously returned the lights . There were upgrades for ancient outlets as well. Pat made suggestions and took care to give us what worked without going overboard. He took the time to explain about LED and incandescent dimmer problems. He and his partner worked efficiently and thoroughly cleaned every area they were in-and they were all over our house! We highly recommend B-Dyson especially if they are all like Pat and his co-worker.

I had an emergency service need: the electric cable providing power to my home detached from the outside of my house during a wind storm. Pat Tapia, the owner of B-Dyson Electric, came the very next morning to assess the damage and review what needed to be done to install/re-attach the cable according to code so that my electric company could restore power by that evening. He explained what needed to be done and acted quickly to get the "emergency" electrical work permit from the County as well as getting the necessary equipment (which thankfully was in stock), to do the job. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. He and his crew were friendly and top notch professionals who completed the job by late afternoon so my power could be restored that night. I was and am truly grateful for the speed and professional installation that Pat and his crew performed, including clean up of items to be discarded. The bill was within in the amount I had hoped it would be -- especially based on the amount of work that needed to be done in a short amount of time. I highly recommend B-Dyson Electric for all of your projects that require a company with experienced, skilled and knowledgeable electricians.

Very professional and very responsive

With many different companies doing different work in my home, this was the only company showed up when they said they would and left the areas they were working in cleaning after they left then they were when they arrived. Final bill was on point with the estimate. They were also able to resolve an electrical issue that a previous electrician we hired said could not be fixed. I highly recommend them!

They gave me an estimate and within a week scheduled an appointment. They came on time, were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They worked efficiently, carefully and not messy. House was left clean. They double checked their work and made sure EVERYTHING was working before they left. Let me know if any questions or problems they would return. I was very pleased.
