excellent service. Arrived as scheduled. Identified the problem quickly and rectified it at this time. Will required outside work once the ground is dry and I will again hire him. Very competent and took time to explain every step being done. Very neat . I definitely recommend Dyson electrical services . I am very pleased with his service.

Pat was great. Immediately responded to my request and was at my house within a few hours. Great personality and did whatever it took to restore power to my house during the outage. I would highly recommend using him and I will use him for all future projects.

We lost power during the recent storm. I made a few calls but only Patt responded right away. He was kind enough to come for a free estimate between his jobs on a very busy day after the storm. He gave me professional advice on what generator I should buy, then he made himself available on another very busy day on the Monday after the storm when I finally found a generator. He found a store far away that had the equipment needed, picked them up, showed up on time, did an absolutely beautiful installation, and brought electricity back to our home after 3 days so we could move back in with our little kid in a warm and pleasant home. Patt is absolutely a gem in this business. It doesn't happen often to find such a professional and passionate and responsible person. Someone who works 6am to 9pm on a storm day to help his clients. Someone who doesn't charge extra for this urgent and high-quality service. He could ask for two times the price and I probably would have had no choice but to pay him that, but he was fair, and his urgent work did not sacrifice the quality. We hope to use his service for many years to come. Thank you Patt!

Reliable, good work, explained things very well

Requested same day service and electrician was at my door in a couple of hours. Super responsive and great service.

Pat Tapia promptly responded to my phone calls, arrived when he promised he would arrive and acted professionally throughout completion of the job. I currently have no plans for a project that would involve electrical work, but if plans change or an emergency occurs, I would call on Pat.

The work was done very professionally, on time and within the budget. B-Dyson Electric is from now on my company to go to for all electric work in the future.

Coming from a self-professed "neat freak", B-Dyson Electric are fantastic. Pat and his associate are professional, courteous, diligent and very nicely detail-oriented. In installing a range of delicate and unique lighting fixtures, they greatly respected our home and were able to add great input in the process. They are clearly talented, taking great care to make sure every detail was attended to properly and providing excellent call-outs where necessary. Thanks to their hard work, our home lighting is now looking great and I will certainly hire them again for any future electrical work.

Pat was great. He knows what he is doing. He is very detail-oriented. He is very considerate and provides excellent customer service. He didn't charge me extra for little additional services he did. He is accommodating and confirmed appointment even with short notice. He is now my official electrician for my house. I will certainly recommend him to my family and friends.

Very professional, would recommend him over a few others that called me. His prices were very reasonable for the work done. One other contractors quoted price was 3X as much. Be careful who you work with and get a few quotes.
