Josh from 716 Garage Door showed up right on time. I was somewhat surprised that he was alone, but any doubts I may have had soon vanished. He had my old overhead door dismantled and removed in 20 minutes! Josh was personable, professional and answered all of my questions. The install was top-shelf all the way, and to say that I am pleased would be an understatement. Josh had the job completed well within the time he said it would take, and even hauled away all old parts and the associated refuse. I would wholeheartedly recommend 716 Garage Door Repair to anyone needing their services. A well-deserved 5-star rating from me!

About a month before calling 716 I had another garage door service at my home to look at my problem they told me I needed a new door and charged me $110.00. Called 716they were at my home in two hours time Johnny replaced my springs and rollers balanced the door had new opener installed took care of my issues. Donâ t bother calling anyone else these guys are very professional.

They were fantastic. 2 hours from start to finish, they were professional and so sweet. They walked us through everything and you can just tell they take a ton of pride in their work and reputation. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!!

The time window was 4p-6p to come and give estimate. Driver calle 30 mons prior to coming to be professional. He shkwed up, gave me a few options. Once i chose my option, he let some ofbhis coworkers know. Next thing i know is that 3 more showed up b/c he wanted to get the job done, and there was a collaborative effort b/c the others were done with their last job of the day. Ast thing i expected was for them to do the repair on a Friday evening. Best swrvice i have had in Awhile.

Excellent customer service!!! Introduced themselves, one day service, was able to diagnose a few problems efficiently. They explained them to us, then continued to fix each situation and double checked their work. Cost was inline with work and cheaper then I expected. I would hire them again and recommend to friends and family.

Quick, fair and professional

Our garage got damaged when spring broke. Bari came and gave us a quote for a new door which we then did order. He sent a crew to our house the very next day to repair our door so that we could use our garage until the new door is delivered. Bari also came over the next day to check on the work done by his crew. Great customer service.
