I actually had an old A/C removed and a new wall A/C installed. Memo did a fantastic job. I am very happy with his work and would recommend him to all my family and friends. He and his helper were very gracious.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Memo and his team on a major home renovation, and we could not be happier with the results. They installed multiple outlets, hi hats and dimming switched throughout the house, completely renovated our bathroom and added a pocket door, painted, repaired and spackled the kitchen, living room, and the rest of the house, updated our staircase and replaced bedroom doors, and installed beautiful molding throughout. Memo was incredibly responsive, always getting back to us in a timely manner and offering helpful suggestions along the way. His professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work truly stood out. Everything was done with care and precision, and the transformation of our home has been amazing. We absolutely loved working with Memo and are already looking forward to having him back to finish the rest of the house. We had originally done the bathroom 20 years ago. The plumber did a shoddy job and the water had been spraying a mist under the toilet for 12 years! Not only was the floor rotted and sinking under the tile but on the other side of the wall in our living room, the oak floor Had rotted. Memo not only knew what to do for both projects but did them perfectly and efficiently. He tells you exactly what he’s going to do and then does it. The bathroom floor had to be ripped up, the floor joists replaced and he even did new plumbing then re-tiled the floorThe walls had to be repaired and painted. The living room floor had to be cut and repaired. He was able to run the slate from the fireplace to the wall perfectly. It looked like it had always been that way! We were extremely happy with the work done. I cannot say enough good things about working with him. It is truly a pleasure to have someone with such professionalism and expertise to call on when major projects need to be done.

We had a huge home remodel, basically ripped off the second floor of our house and re-built it, and Memo handled it flawlessly. I will continue to use Memo for all my home improvement needs and recommend him to everyone. He can really handle it all: framing, windows, siding, roofing, bathroom remodel, flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing/heating, painting, etc. They even built us a custom stairwell to fix our unsafe stairs. There were no lags in the work, here when he promised and finished the job promptly. Memo & his team did excellent work. They were reliable, showed up when they said they would & cleaned up at the end of each day. The only delay was due to the late delivery of a part that I ordered. His estimate was thorough & fair. No surprises. Our completely remodeled bathroom is beautiful! One thing that really set Memo Home Improvements apart was the ease of communication from the beginning (requesting a quote) through to completion of the job. Emails, texts, phone calls were all responded to in a quick & efficient manner! Memo & Abby make a great team & were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Memo did a beautiful job renovating our bathroom!!

We needed a whole-house fan removed from our hallway ceiling and replaced with a drop-down attic stair unit. We also wanted to add lights in the attic. Memo and his team were responsive from estimate through completion of the project. They were neat and did a great job for a reasonable price. I will definitely look to use Memo again for future projects.

We were living in our home during the renovation and the care and thoughtfulness that went into keeping the construction area clean and tidy for us meant a lot. This was my third time working with Memos Home Improvements. I previously had Memo work on the inside of my house, so I knew the quality of his work. This time, I engaged him to do a large exterior project. The work involved putting up a new roof, installing new windows and gutters, covering the house with aluminum siding, adding a new paver walkway as well as adding a new overhang with pillars and portico. It was a huge job and I couldn't be happier with the results. Memo is a great contractor who made sure my home ended up looking exactly as I had envisioned it. Any of my requests were immediately taken care of, including what would be considered small handyman jobs which he added while he navigated the main project. He and his team were always courteous and professional, showed up on time and got the work done. I was always consulted by Memo about what was being done so I always felt a part of the operation. I strongly recommend Memo's Home Improvements and plan to work with him again on future undertakings.

Memo was not only a great person to handle the construction, but was a gentleman and made it easy to communicate on a major project. Memo and Abby are fantastic. The communication is exceptional in both clarity and attentiveness, and the work quality - from prep to the job itself to clean up - itâ s the tops. I engaged Memo to build/install and paint, finish, and wallpaper a double-sided wall with some mill work and moulding details. For the same room I also engaged him to purchase/hang/install a solid core slab door in an existing doorway. Though not a huge job, as a designer I was really keen to work with someone on the details - and Memo was so easy to do this with and delivered on everything I wanted. I will absolutely be hiring Memo again for more things and bigger jobs.

We hired Memo to remodel an existing bathroom, paint all bedrooms, refinish the wood floors and take out an existing wall AC. Memo and Abby were unbelievable to work with. To begin with their communication is incredible, which is so important on a home construction project. The workmanship and knowledge was impressive. Not to mention that Memo is a true gentleman who impressed us right from the beginning. Each trade that came in were spotless, knew their role and finished on time. Memo and Abby are so incredibly professional, kind, and patient - not to mention the workmanship is unparalleled! I hired Memo to do my siding, roof and renovate one bathroom. During the entire process I felt extremely comfortable and always aware of the next steps. The tiling work in my bathroom is absolutely immaculate - I feel like I live in a spa now!
