I really liked the services provided by cleaning person Inc. They were always punctual and very responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

They do a great job - come every 2 weeks.

They are very good. They probably do anything I ask them to do except the inside of the oven and I have never asked them to do that. They are reliable. They answer my emails right away. I requested a particular person and they accommodated me. They are very accommodating and very thorough. The owner comes at the beginning and she talks to you and she is Kaira. She came and looked over the house. She is very earnest and very dedicated doing a good job. The price is high.

Has some confusion with scheduling, but finally was able to schedule at my convenience. One person came and she was very sweet and did a nice job, but didn't seem strong enough to really do any heavy work, so I didn't ask her to do some of the things I would have asked for. Job was adequate, but house was not sparkly clean as I had hoped for.1

Kara Heider is very willing to accommodate her clients'wishes. When I was unhappy with some one, she was willing to send a different person.

To begin with, I really like and respect Kara Heider, the owner. Her assistant Wanda is excellent, as well. I am simply not pleased with the overall cleaning. A few are excellent workers. Some are great in the beginning, but then slack off. Others simply take shortcuts. This results in areas that have not been cleaned to the degree promised. I realize my expectations, in general, may be too high. In the beginning, I was assured of a superior level of cleaning each time. This has not been the case. The service is not inexpensive, and is the most I have ever paid. When I did report the deviations from the promised, Kara took care of them right away. I did not like having different cleaning people, as they were not oriented to my home. In fact, the last poor girl at my home somehow burned her fingers on our shower steamer. This never happened before, and if she was properly oriented, would likely never have happened. Kara undoubtably knows how to clean. I think the biggest problem is the lack of effective supervision, which would take care of all these problems. As a result, and after multiple problems and concerns, I have decided to clean my own home. Believe me, I don't have the time or energy to do this, but my husband and I are tired of the problems. The last straw was the injury in my home. To this day, I have yet to hear from Kara regarding this. I would suggest that if you use this service for regular home cleaning, you insist on regular supervision for accountability. I would also insist that you be notified if someone new will be entering your home for cleaning. These strategies can help to tease out those who routinely fall short. I do not feel I have to do this.

Kara came to dot the evaluation and pricing, she is the owner. Very professional with good ideas on making the house look better as I was considering putting it on the market. The whole house was thouroughly cleaned then I have had cleaning every two weeks. The worker that was cominng was great, but no longer there. She did such a great job, the house and quot;sparkledand quot; when I got home. With two dogs, this does not last too long. I am hoping that the new person who will be doing the cleaning will be as good.

As corny as this sounds, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kara and her staff are fantastic to work with. They are timely, well-organized, professional, and very considerate of myself and my belongings. I couldn’t ask for anything better!! The price is right for the amount of work that is accomplished during my two hours of cleaning. I look forward to working with The Cleaning Person company for the long haul.

She inspected the house and gave us an estimate. We discussed what work was to be done. One Worker arrived on time the other about 15 minutes late. Work was efficient and effective.

It went very well. I was originally scheduled to have one person come in the morning to help me clean for guests that were coming the next day, but there was a mix up with the schedule and no one showed up. I called and when they got back to me they ended up sending two people in the afternoon instead (as well as another person 'in training' that they didn't charge me for). I spoke with the owner when I set up the original appt and the scheduling manager was the one who called back about the scheduling mix up. Both were very professional and lovely to speak with. I wanted my kitchen, living room, dining room, three bathrooms and 4 bedrooms cleaned with special attention to the kitchen and baseboards. The did an amazing job! I didn't have them clean the hard wood floors, but they did clean the bathroom floors. It took a little longer than I anticipated it would with three people, but given the time then spent on the details of cleaning - it was well worth the money. I had a few doors and baseboards that had scuff marks I hadn't been able to get out and they managed too! I also loved how spotless and shiny the kitchen was ... I've always had trouble finding good products for my stainless steel appliances, but they managed to have them looking brand new! They also paid attention to dusting the doors, light fixtures and ceiling fans. Things I don't always think about. I would highly recommend using their service and look forward to having them come again!!

They come in once a week which makes me sane. I can find things now. They have decluttered my house and we are going upstairs next time. I am so happy. It is wonderful. They make good suggestions so I don't keep as many things as I thought I wanted to keep. Everything is common sense. They listen to my needs and follow through. They are very helpful. I can now find my coffee.

I have been customer of the Cleaning Person for several years. Initially, several different cleaners were sent but finally, one cleaner has become the and quot;regularand quot; cleaner who comes two times per month. Natural, non aggressive cleaning products are used and cleaning products are bagged and used only in my premises, something they do for each client. My cleaner is a gem and takes personal care of items. I do advance prep so that the two hours of cleaning time is spent on the heavy duty cleaning. I have several times recommended The Cleaning Person to friends and will continue to do so.

Contact and consultation was quickly enabled. Special concerns re: furniture treatment and collectibles was discussed as well as addressing storage ideas. The owner and team were scheduled within one week (per my schedule) and have returned to address other rooms needing improvement. I can with certainty recommend this company and rate them as and quot;excellentand quot; both in organizing and cleaning issues. Thank you for the opportunity to respond so favorably regarding their services.

We utilized this cleaning service for about two months. The first woman (employee) was wonderful! Friendly and very detailed in her cleaning. Unfortunately she was unable to continue working which is why a second woman was brought in as a replacement. The second woman did a good job after I carefully went over how we wanted things done. Prior to this we were dissatisfied with her performance but I decided to spell everything out out before approaching her employer. (Once I spoke with her, it was not necessary to complain to her boss.) We also provided her with cleaning supplies because we didn't want her to shoulder this expense on top of gasoline to drive to us (very limited supplies were provided by her employer). The second woman warmed up to us after awhile and seemed to appreciate our efforts to keep her costs down. Her original performance was a D (especially during her second and third weeks) but shot up to an A for 2-3 weeks before settling in around a B. In the end, we felt for the price ($70/week for about 1,300 square feet) it didn't make economic sense to continue with the service. Overall experience was between a B- and C+.

Kara is the owner and she meets with clients for an initial estimate. She's fantastic- so friendly and professional. If you decide to do regular service, they assign one person that is your and quot;regularand quot; cleaning person, and one that is a backup. You meet them both on the initial cleaning so that you have a comfort level with them. We've used The Cleaning Person for services at two homes now and everyone we've met who works for them has been wonderful. They're reliable, and if there's ever a scheduling issue or question, the communication is great.

There was a bit of a mix-up and delay for them to get here, but they did everything they could do to rectify once they got here, but that was because one of their cleaning girls got into an accident that morning. They did show up eventually and did a good job. The only thing that I wasn't sure was, it could have been a miscommunication, but my hardwood floors were just dust mopped, and weren't damp mopped, because it was obvious with the scuff marks on the floor, that it wasn't cleaned. The cleaners were very professional, very friendly, and nice. I felt they were pretty thorough apart from the floor issue. I don't have experience with other cleaners so I don't really know about the going prices. You certainly can't help when something unavoidable happens but they did their best to get somebody out, that had to be taken off from another job.

Very good service. That is why I continue to use them. I love coming home after they have been there.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE - THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANING THE END OF JUNE

I have used them in the past and they bill me monthly. They are very professional in the way they deal with their customers; I can contact them by email and they reply promptly. Most of the cleaners are efficient and are very good, so far.

Great! I really can't complain about anything, everything went very smoothly. It was a relief to know that I could trust this company to work in my empty house.

There is nothing like a clean house! The house was amazingly clean and we couldn't find anything they said they would do that wasn't cleaned. The initial estimate was a bit under-estimated. However, the cleaning was very complete and we were quite pleased with the results. We will continue the bi-weekly clean with them and hope that we get the same thoroughness as we continue to do business with them.

Fairly well since I was in a real pinch with company coming within hours unannounced.

They do what we ask them to do. The girl we get is very conscientious and works very hard. They do a good job.

Left a message on Tuesday requesting cleaning service for a one bedroom apartment ASAP. Received a call within hours indcating it would be possible to have someone at the apartment the next morning, Wednesday, 9 am. At 9:01 the phone rang; the housecleaner had arrived and was fully equipped to perform the job, which was thorough and well done in every respect.

I highly recommend this cleaning company. I got prompt and very courteous service from both the head of the company and the two women who cleaned the house. The house was extremely dirty and needed a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning. I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be more pleased!
