First time ever using a moving company and I can honestly say they were the best thing I ever decided to look into! The team was super professional and punctual! It honestly felt so weird not lifting a finger and they packed up EVERYTHING super quickly, highly recommend roadway moving! :)

Dealing with a chronic condition, I knew I couldn't manage the move on my own. Roadway not only allowed me to authorize a friend to handle pick-up while I was in North Carolina, but the entire process was made incredibly easy. The attention to detail displayed by the movers was impressive – each item was carefully wrapped, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. Despite a major delay during pickup, the team at Roadway managed to address my concerns and compensated me. They left me feeling satisfied and taken care of. My partner and I are still blown away at the Roadway Moving team!! I intitially reached out to a few different companies for quotes thinking Roadway would be a lot more but to my surprise, it was not much more compared to the level of service you get with Roadway rather than other moving companies. From the moment we booked our move, the Roadway team helped us prep for our move, dropped out boxes and on the day of they showed up exactly on top (early to park the truck!), were super careful adding padding to our walls. We had to enter our neighbor's apartment to use the freight elevator and they also padded their apartment with extreme care. Everything they touched was with such care and they were SO nice! There were 5 guys that came and they couldn't have been nicer. They also were so quick! It took them under 3 hours to pack up our 2.5 bedroom apartment into the track!! Nothing broke or got damaged and was all done earlier than expected, I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!

Roadway made moving SO easy. They were efficient, and handled all of my pieces with care, everything was packaged to perfection. I have never had a moving company that works as hard and genuinely cares as much as them! Could not recommend their services enough!!!

Roadway made my moving so much easy! I can't believe we finished moving in just 3 hours. They came in and wrapped everything nicely, and even took care of my clothes. I used Roadway Moving for our move from Jersey City to Manhattan and I can honestly say I am so impressed with how fast & efficient they are - along with how meticulous and carefully they packaged everything up. I was expecting this move to take all day and it really only took a few hours! It was seamless and stress-free which I feel like you don't hear that often, especially in NYC. If you are moving soon and want piece of mind that your belongings will get to your new place in one piece then I couldn't recommend Roadway enough!!

They did a great job the first time round, but made my 2nd local move with them, an even better experience that I did not think was even possible! Where to start with Roadway!!! As you all may know moving can be very stressful. So I am glad to say this was one of the most stress free moves I've experienced since moving to LA. Not only were they on time, they took such gentle care of my things and made sure there was clarity on everything happening on the move day!! I have moved with roadway movers three times. Every single time I’ve worked with them I have been so impressed by their attention to detail, their care, and how much they invest in your happiness in your move and your future home. They make sure every step of the way that you feel supported by their team and are continually providing updates to you so that your move can be easy and they do all the hard work. They are very caring with your furniture your church items and any valuable belongings so that everything is taken care of and you don’t have to lift a finger.

Second time working with Roadway Moving and it was seamless & stress-free as always! They arrived right on time, wrapped all of my furniture securely and handled everything with care (nothing came damaged!). They drove the truck straight to my new apartment and I had my stuff in my new place in the matter of hours. I honestly couldn't have done it without them and can't thank them enough!

Roadway truly made my moving experience so wonderful. Their team was very professional and speedy and made the entire process very seamless. 10/10 experience! They were so fast and careful. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They took a tv down that was mounted, wrapped my furniture, took apart and assembled my bed again, and took down curtains. Then put everything exactly where it needed to go soooooo fast and simple!!!!!! Cannot recommend them enough!

They were horrible. They didn’t wrap anything right and the majority of my shipment was destroyed, including furniture, art and clothes. Ross Sapir, owner, wrote that it was an Act of God but how could it have been when marble breaks , dresses are ripped… hole are punctuated in frames along with water damage. They were completely negligent and continue arrogantly to say what they want to. AND they were LATE delivering !

Roadway moving was the best!! We just hired them for our long-distance move from Jersey City to Miami and I couldn't be happier. They were super communicative, even before our move. The week of, we got a call to let us know what to expect. The morning of, we were sent a tracker, so we could see how far out the team was. And they got to our apartment in Jersey City right on time. The team was kind, professional, organized, and efficient. They carefully wrapped up our bigger items, like our Peloton and TV. And cleaned up after themselves. A week later our stuff arrived in Miami. The crew there was just as good! They made sure to ask what boxes/furniture went where, which made unpacking super easy. THANK YOU ROADWAY!!

I booked Roadway because I had to move unexpectedly in short notice and I couldn't have possibly done it myself. I packed most of my things but when they arrived, they helped me pack the few items I had left quickly. The foreman, Richard was amazing and he assured my family that our things were in good hands. They even moved our refrigerator down the stairs with no problem! When we arrived to our new house they didn't waste no time and got straight to bringing our stuff upstairs. Although we had so many items they managed to get everything done in just a few hours. I've moved around a lot when I was younger but never with a moving company. I would definitely hire them again in the future because it made everything stress free. A job that would have taken my family a week to go back and forth from the old house to the new one only took them a few hours with their truck. I'm super grateful for everything they've done and so happy I can settle into my new house without worrying about bringing more things.
