We were very impressed by the Redline team and would recommend the company without reservation. After having moved four times times in the last ten years, we finally found a moving company that provided the services we expected at the price that was quoted. Kieran was assigned to provide our estimate and was also on-site for the actual move - a very good sign. Our move was also the day before Hurricane Sandy; however, Kieran arrived at 8:30am on a Sunday morning with four other movers to get the job done on time and without rushing though it. The entire team was friendly, professional, efficient and careful with all of our belongings - our first positive moving experience. While I am quite certain that the job ended up being more expensive than Redline anticipated given the threatening conditions, Kieran did everything we asked and more -- and was always true to his word.

The job was done carefully with no damage to the furniture. It was all unpacked and set up in the new location. They did suggest a rather high "tip" (15-25%) for their services. They were given somewat less and appeared satisfied. The job was very professionally done and no time was waisted.

They arrived prepared on time and got to work immediately. They worked continuously throughout the day and complemented each other well in their respective tasks. Everything was seamless and packed beautifully. Everything arrived intact after a very long but fun day.

Needless to say, it did not go well.

This is a wonderful company to work with. I used them for a move a year ago. Due to a change in my life, I needed to move again this year and didn't hesitate one second before choosing them again. They are courteous, professional and delivered exactly to their estimated costs. Tommy and the crew on Monday were wonderful to work with, even with a very emotional homeowner (me). They were fantastic. All of my stuff was packed well and arrived at the other end in perfect condition. They were patient enough to move things around for me so that I could get the furniture just right. If you need a moving company, I would have no hestitation in recommending this company. Answered phone personally and on second ring! Consistently! Unfailingly polite and punctual from initial estimate thru packing, transport and unpacking on other end. Nothing broken, stuff was packed securely and with real concern. Difficult to express how good they were dealing with my senile parents. Cost fairly high, but we clearly got what we paid for, and no surprises. Use them for your next move!

I wrote a very positive review a few years ago-based on a couple of moves. I also recommended many people to them. I will not recommend them any longer. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Redline could not have been better. Everyone from Kieran who did the estimate, to Shane at the office who handled details, to the three professionals who did the move with humor, skill and efficiency performed without a flaw. My #1 DO is DO CALL REDLINE. The DON'T is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHERS. We couldn't be happier.

The experience was superior from my first email to the company until they left with a carefully packed truck of my belongings.They were prompt professional careful and very pleasant. A great moving experience and excellent value.

They were just fabulous. They work took two days. They took one day to pack and one day to deliver. They handled delicate objects with them most care that I have ever seen from a mover. They were perfection. They were outstanding. I have already recommended them to someone in New York. They were responsible and professional.

They showed up on time and worked like machines for the net 8 hours. I packed myself for the most part but had a great deal of art on the walls and needed wardrobe boxes. They handled both like pros and everything arrived whole. They were also willing to move around boxes once they arrived in from the truck to the apartment, which made unpacking less of a nightmare. They didn't complain and truly were chipper even though this move was physically very taxing to put it mildly. I am truly very pleased with every second of the work.

Kieran came to our apartment and gave us an estimate. We liked him right away and he gave us a very fair estimate.. Tommy and his crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. on the dot. They were outstanding! They packed our 25 years' worth of stuff in a few hours and we were in our new apartment by 4:30, which was in accordance with our new building's rules. I've moved many times and they came out and did a very thorough estimate. They let me choose between a fixed or hourly cost and I never felt pressured to make quick decisions. I will be using them because of how stress free they are making the process. They even allowed me a lot of scheduling options.

He was so nice! He arrived on time coming in from Manhattan to Brooklyn. He came out to my house and took an hour or so to talk to me and give me an estimate. I was impressed with him coming over and taking his time to explain everything to me. He even recommended me another company who was priced less becuase he recognized that I was on a budget. The only reason I didn't hire him was becuase my son convinced me to hire his friend. It didn't go very well, and I wish I had hired Redline.

They were great from beginning to end. The estimate price was fair, they arrived on time and handled the furniture in a very professional way. When they got to the destination, they tried their best to move a sofa to the basement but it wouldn't fit. As frustrating as this was, their attitude was good throughout.

They did great work, I would highly recommend them.

All the guys from moving man were professional, curtious and helpful. They gave me a quote with an amount no to exceed and they honored there word.

The people couldn't have been nicer, however, pricing was out of whack. Part of it is that they wanted to send a 3-man crew and they also were very reluctant to give a fixed price. They would have charged $120 per hour including for travel time to my house. The initial estimate was $600, which went up to $700 when i asked for a fixed price. The mover I picked charged $450.

I would highly recommend using Redline. From the onset, Shane did a great job helping to answer all my questions and quickly scheduling time for Kieran to come out to our apartment to provide a quote. The price was competitive and we chose to move forward. A few days before the move we ran into a bit of a challenge due to our building double booking moves, which caused some issues with elevator access. I called Shane and he quickly helped course correct the situation and was able to work around the scheduling mandated by our building despite the inconvenience. The day of the move the crew was excellent. They were efficient and professional from start to finish. After sitting in traffic heading to our new home in Connecticut, the crew foreman was very apologetic upon arrival (obviously beyond their control) and they quickly unloaded the truck and starting helping us get situated. The team also went above and beyond in my opinion. At one point we had no light in one of the bedrooms and a crew member took out his iPhone flashlight to assemble our bed. When all was said and done not one broken or damaged item ? pretty impressive. Overall, very pleased with my experience and would definitely use Redline again in the future.

They are excellent. The price was reasonable. I would use them in the future.

Redline was everything you could want - they arrived precisely when they said they would, the team was friendly, professional, very efficient and helpful at both ends of the move. They listened to what we needed and asked appropriate questions, both during the preliminary meeting and during the move. They stuck to the estimate. As with most moves, a few fragile things didn't make it to the destination. It turned out that they had been left in a very safe and protected spot in the truck that wasn't obvious during the final check of the truck. Once we noticed that they weren't there, they responded quickly, found them, and brought them to the new apartment. Not only would I recommend them, I am planning to use them again later this year. It was the best experience I have ever had with a mover.

Called for a quote. Agreed on a reasonable flat rate charge which proved to be a bargain considering the work involved upon completion. Courteous and professional on phone. Truck & crew arrived 15 minutes early. Efficient, professional and courteous good guys in packing and loading taking about the estimated 2 hours. Upon arrival they out did themselves in helpfulness in loading the new space and making acute observations in how to best utilize the space. They even cheerfully re-stacked and moved heavy furniture upon my second thoughts. Enthusiastically recommend Simon and his crew.
