The moving team arrived right on time. The foreman asked to be walked through the house to see what was to be moved and how to calculate the order in which items would be moved. They asked questions & clarified details throughout the packing & unpacking. The team was respectful, professional, eased our stress. I must admit prior to working with Redline Moving, We had a negative feeling about moving companies & prior to this experience everyone told us horror stories. We decided to make a choice using Angie's List & are very happy we did. As a bonus, this team of movers was very personable & pretty entertaining. As an additional bonus they answered some questions we has about hooking up electronics techno stuff without treating us like idiots.

From the moment we got an estimate from one of the owners to the last second when they closed the truck and left my mother's senior community, they made a difficult move way easier. They were easy to communicate with, kept to schedule and did an excellent, professional job. My very skeptical 93 year old mother was amazed at how well they packed everything and how relatively easy they made a dreaded process. In addition, the crew was efficient, hard working and friendly. My greatest concern was to find someone whom I could count on to do a long distance move quickly. They did that and more. It almost makes me wish I had another move I could use them for... but not quite.

I called Redline moving to come out and give me an estimate for my move. I had some requests that were fairly simple they were to pack and move items from my home and my lady friends home and take one item to my lady friends daughters home along the way. They were not adding that specific request to the contract. Even though Kieran was courteous I did not go with the company because of this reason. He wrote my request down but would never add it to the contract I asked him a few times and it was never completed.

They did a thorough job of packing. We closed on the sale of our house on June 26 and on the purchase of our new home, about 700 miles away, on June 28th. The last week of June and first week of July are the busiest weeks of the year for moving, and Redline was vary accommodating to our needs. They picked up about 1/2 of the total to be moved the prior week and stored it at their warehouse, packing up and loading the remaining 1/2 in one long day. 6 trucks worth! They arrived in 2 days at our new home with about 2/3 of the load (one of their trucks broke down in NJ) and unloaded it on June 28th. The final 2 trucks came down the next week and were unloaded then. A few things were damaged or broken, which was not surprising given the huge move and the fact that they had to load and unload much of the contents, first into and out of their warehouse, then off of the broken-down truck and onto new trucks. I presented our claim, with backup information, and we received a prompt claim payment for the amount we requested. A terrific bunch of guys, from the owners to each of the packers and movers. This was by far our best experience ever, and I've moved overseas as well as across the country. I recommend them very highly.

First of all, they moved us the day after hurricane Sandy, from Brooklyn, to upstate. They did this despite the problems with traffic and roads and everyone else needing something at the same time. They went out of their way to help us, when we had to change our moving day sooner than scheduled because of our horrible landlady. I hate moving. I never want to move again. I have a lot of stuff. I dread having anyone come into my house and touch my stuff. So I was anxious about hiring ANYONE to move me. But when these guys showed up, on time, and i took one look at them, and I knew I had hired the right people. They looked like they meaned business. They looked like guys who have dedicated their lives to moving. Professionals. And they set to work right away, and I just completely relaxed, for the first time in days. I couldn't believe it. It was like finally something is going right. I was able to deal with the landlady and get the h*** out of dodge in record time, and we were upstate in the afternoon, they unloaded everything and set up the bed and rebuilt the closets. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I hope these guys are still around. Sorry this took so long to write, Shane, but it?s a lot of work living up in the country! the move..will use them again in the it was the best and most professional move i have ever had...simon was wonderful in taking care of my furniture and the move went without a hitch....not a piece of furniture was damaged and the crew was on time picking up furniture and delivering it..i am so so pleased with the move i will certainly use them again ....thanks simon and your two helpers for the best move i ever had..

They did a great job. They had clean trucks, were fast, were thorough, and didn’t break anything.

(Redline was on time and professional. They came with the appropriate number of movers for the job and were patient through a complicated move; we had three stops (two separate storage units and an apartment) prior to our final destination. The price never fluctuated from the original quote, which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Redline to friends or family!

Well from the first time my wife and I met Kiernan we were hooked. We looked at other movers but his personal yet professional personality won us over. He quoted us one amount. Today when they came, they were right on time. Not a minute late. They were supposed to make the move in six hours and they did it with time to spare. TJ and his crew were amazingly fast, honest, professional and they even had funny personalities. There was not one mistake made. We had everything boxed up but we had a lot of boxes. They also had to break down and setup again big furniture. The apartment we moved from was on the sixth floor and our townhouse has 3 floors. They moved all those heavy pieces up the stairs and set them back up again. In the end our price was lower that what was quoted. I will only use these guys for my moves. Thanks Redline.

How can I sing the praises of men that helped a woman get through leaving her home of 35 1/4 years??? The crew was fantastic, wouldn't even let me give them a glass of water!!! And I beat them to my folks' house by only 15 minutes!! They set up everything perfectly, even though we changed our minds a few times...No complaints, smiles even with that killer heat. I was blessed the day that Kieran came to meet me!! If I ever know of someone moving, Red Line will be the first words out of my mouth.. Very well. They had moved my mother-in-law into the apartment from a house about 18 months ago, and had to move a large sofa into the building in the first move, and out of the building in this move. The combination of the sofa and the elevator combined for a set of tricky maneuvers. They finished the move out of the apartment much more quickly than expected, and moved the items into storage first, then moved the other items into the assisted living facility, and finished much faster than we had expected overall. It became clear that we had brought too much to the assisted living facility, so they very graciously offered to bring the unnecessary items back to the relative's garage. It couldn't have gone better. This is the third time I've used Redline in the last 18 months. We first had to move my mother-in-law out of her home of 50+ years into an apartment; then we moved from an apartment into the house after it had been repaired; then we had to move her to assisted living. Every move has been different, the second move in particular was quite large and difficult both in terms of the sheer physical labor and the logistics involved. Their work is absolutely topnotch. The crews are superb, fast, efficient, calm, professional, very good-humored and strong! They are all very strong, which is important in a moving company! Other than the fact that I don't like moving, I would be delighted to use Redline again in an instant. I wish I could give them a grade higher than an A. They have deserved it each time.

Really extraordinary. Amazing. Punctual, professional, positive, can-do attitude. Hard-working, fast. Can't say enough about TJ and his crew, and Shane as well. My new place has a loft, and I was worried what the reaction would be when they saw it. I mean, it's not easy to lift furniture up there. But it was no big deal. Just told them which pieces I wanted up there, and it was done. The easiest move I ever made.

They were on time for everything from the appointment for the estimate to the packing and moving times. They were all very efficient and courteous the whole time. The people in the office were available to answer questions whenever we needed, and the movers provided their cell phone numbers to be reached during the move. There were things that came up that they hadn't expected that required extra time and effort, for example two bookshelves were too tall for the elevator and had to be carried down the stairs, but they never said anything about extra charges. It went incredibly smoothly.

Great, just great. First the estimating process was seamless and they were almost 30% under estimate. We bought a minimal number of boxes and really packed our clothes, books and the pots and pans. We have quite a bit of porcelain, glass and other fragile items. They were on time. A great team of guys: high energy, enthusiastic and professional. They called when they were done and on their way. When they arrived they laid out rugs, put furniture in difficult places- e.g. the basement and got everything in quickly, cleanly and efficiently. They were under estimate by about a grand and that was great too. At this writing we haven't unpacked every box (It's only be 48 hours) but the kitchen is unpacked and nothing was broken and as noted above - they even packed the dishes we left in the dishwasher. I recommend them highly.

The co-owner of the business came to our home to see how much stuff we were moving. He was exceptionally nice. He was also very professional. It was in the evening and he emailed us an price proposal by very early the next morning, as promised. It was a flat rate with no hidden charges. There were no surprises on moving day. The entire crew was hard working, friendly, and took care to carefully move our belongings. In a business filled with shady people who try to scam people, Redline was a breath of fresh air and a joy to work with. They made a stressful moving experience a lot easier. I highly recommend them.

The moving was slow, I was also given a price prior to the move and then given a cheaper price during the move, which I signed a contract for and agreed to, I was then charged for a totally different price. The workers were nice enough, but they took their time. I had the same amount of stuff moved in three hours that they moved in six. I also tipped them $100, then was over-charged. Redline asked me to not leave a bad review in lieu of getting my money back. I will never use them again, and I will never suggest them to anyone.

They were very competent, pleasant, and agreeable. They moved our furniture around more than once.

They were beyond amazing. I have used many movers in the past and would only use this company in the future. They go above and beyond and are incredibly kind and helpful.

Moving people were on time and very professional. They pecked my friend furniture quickly and got to my place quickly as well.

It went splendidly. They arrived on time, worked hard all day and then went up to Westchester with our remaining furniture. Every worker had specific expertise, but also helped out wherever needed. They were professional and handled every curve with ease. The elevator situation in the building that we were leaving was not ideal but the dealt with it well. They were also well organized and all the furniture and boxes wound up in the correct location.

We hired Redline based off reading Angie's List reviews. I can't recommend this company enough. Our last movers stole jewerly and the owners did nothing about it. Everyone at Redline was extremely professional, the move came in at the exact same price as the estimate. All of the guys at Redline were extremely diligent about packing and moving our belonging. I strongly recommend the guys at Redline for anyone looking to move. Thanks again to everyone at Redline.

Of the movers I contacted, Redline provided the most professional service and estimate. They sent an estimator out to inventory the contents of our apartment (we packed everything ourselves) and we opted for the binding estimate. I was able to move quite a bit myself before the official move so the binding estimate may not have been the way to go, but I think any difference in price would have been minimal. The movers arrived on time and ready to work. They had our furniture wrapped and in the truck in record time. I was impressed by their speediness and they did take care with our things. They moved every single thing out of our apartment which meant no return trip(s) for us (a big relief). They started at 9am and had us completely moved into the house by just after 1:00. I was amazed. They asked questions about furniture placement and were happy to move things to our satisfaction. They even hung our clothes in the closet for us. This was one of the fastest and most painless moves we've ever had - and we've moved a lot!

I honestly can't say enough about these guys. Like I said threw my back out and wasn't sure if I had the budget to make it happen with moving company to help. I spoke with Kieren, I think he is the manager, who was extremely helpful and was willing to work with my budget. I have a lot of stuff....so I was super excited when he was willing to help me with the price. I ws quoted much higher from lesser reputable companies, who weren't willing to budge. Everyone was very professional and One of the guys was really great, Brian. He took extra time to make sure my big screen tv was packed with extra care, as I was extremely nervous about it being damaged. I had no worries what so ever after watching him pack it. In summary I'd give them an A+ for all around service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Kieren was a little hard to understand over the phone because of his Irish accent, but was super nice and much easier to understand in person when he came to quote me at my apartment. It was more than I wanted to spend but in the end it was worth every penny. Very fair price for all the work that went into the move. It would have taken me much longer even if my back wasn't thrown out. A+
