GoGlom

We hired GoGlom to repair the ice maker in our SubZero. The technician who did the repair was on time, polite, and seemed very competent. After he completed the repairs, the ice maker started making ice immediately. However, later that week the ice maker stopped working. We called and emailed the company several times and no one got back to us. Eventually they did pick up the phone and they arranged to have the technician stop by to troubleshoot. The technician did stop by but neither he or anyone else at the company ever told us what the issue was, nor did they arrange to come back to fix the program. We paid them in full for their work and the replacement parts and have now contesting the charges with our credit card company and will be reporting this company to the consumer protection agency.

These guys are great. I have an 18 year old subzero fridge which suddenly started overcooling the fridge section but making ice fine in the freezer section. Milk was freezing solid. They came out on a Sunday afternoon and diagnosed a faulty control panel. They ordered a new panel and came back Thursday evening to install. Friendly and good communication. Absolutely recommended. Good pricing.
