+ -1 morePeter Mcgrath fixed it and saved the day. Every time I look at I say to myself I need to bring that guy back to fix some other things. He is very articulate, professional, and took care of everything. I would highly recommend him others.
Description of Work: I bought a house in Brooklyn from a fly by night real estate investor who put a drive way drain in my shower with my expensive marble tile. It really depressed me just to look at it.

Description of Work: waiting for new cabinet bottom in kitchen to cover hole where gas pipes are still sticking out. Did various other odd jobs, painting, cable wires, fixed windows, fence repairs
