Juan is very responsive and gave a very reasonable bid. Juan and his team are masters of their craft. When cutting down the 4 trees, he skillfully avoided the pitfalls in this residential area, like electrical wires and close house proximity as well as a number of others. He and his team worked in unison to remove branches with safety in mind always. The tree debris was hauled away and the job site was left completely clean. We were very satisfied with Juan and his team and highly recommend them.

He and the two workers with him, did just as I asked and the only thing missing was they did not take the waste with them in their truck. that is the only complaint. He did a great job.

Juan truly provided a prompt and quality service. I called, within 24 hours he visited my 5000sq ft Terreces and removed a few dead shrubs and 2 dead trees. Planted annuals and replace the trees. Juan Concha and his team help me remove a 60+ old white pine tree that had been hit by lightning years ago. From the start Juan maintained an excellent communication with me regarding the job and help me applied for permit at our village hall. His team were very professional and efficient in removing the tall tree, grinding down the stump, and clean up the work site. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend his service.

I highly recommend Juan Concha. We had a very large old tree removed from our backyard. Juan and his team were extremely professional, clean, and reasonable. He was very flexible when scheduling time and punctual when doing the work. His team cleaned the remaining debris when the work was done. Definitely the best price for the work done.

Very professional and reliable. They were very quick yet used precautionary measures with ropes, pulleys, cleats, etc. They worked very smart. I had a 50' white pine leaning 30 degrees and they were able to climb it and take it down within 3 hours. I was amazed. I will hire them again for sure.

Service was prompt and efficient. They came with a machine to grind the stump. I appreciated the fact they were careful with the heavy equipment and did not damage the curb or the sprinkler heads. Also my landscaper mentioned a tree might be sick and might need to be cut down but Juan was honest and said the tree was fine.

Unfortunately I had to edit this review... The first time I used Juan he was excellent, however the 2nd time Juan just left his guys unsupervised and they removed every plant along two sides of my property... This was not want we had spoken about and I then had to spend $15,000 to have a real landscaper come back and rework the area and plant back shrubs that had been removed. While Juan was nice about it, it was a terrible experience and I would never use or recommend him. Juan is a very hardworking and knowledgeable tree person, very satisfied with the work they did and hope to have them back next month to do more work.

No project ever goes completely as planned without issues coming up. The strength of the contractor is how effectively and efficiently the issues get dealt with and resolved so the project can be completed. This is a personal service where Mr. Concha cares about the customer and the work that is being done, and works as if he is doing his own home, not done until it's correct to him. I have, since the completion of this initial project, used Mr. Concha for a variety of projects, including masonry, painting and landscaping. He is equally skilled and professional with any project he does. Most of the people who work with Juan seem to be family and do the work as if the business was their own. This is one of the rare contractor-customer relationships where both parties win. The prices are very reasonable and the work is beyond compare. It is a total pleasure dealing and working with Juan, where I know the work is being done efficiently, correctly and in the most economical way. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone, for any project that he will do for you.

We had two very tall tree prunings done. Excellent service, timely appointment, good cleanup. Fair price. Highly satisfied. Easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency. During a wind storm I heard a very loud "CRACK". After the storm I looked for downed branches , but instead found two 3-foot vertical cracks in the base of my 100 year old massive white pine tree. Concerned that more bad weather was coming, I went on this site and contacted 2 listings. I stated that I was concerned that the tree may come down and felt it was an emergency. Mr. Concha called me within 1 hour. We discussed the situation at length. I was so reassured that he is a highly trained Arborist. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, he agreed to come and inspect the tree before dark. As promised, he arrived at my house and spent time inspecting and explaining the tree's condition to me. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He spoke to me with professionalism and respect. (( I have had other service people to my home who have talked down to me or have been rude - always disappointing!)). We concluded that my gorgeous tree had to come down ASAP. Although it was a weekend, he agreed to come the next morning, on Sunday, at 8 a.m. to set up and begin the removal at 9 a.m. He and his three crew members were prompt, polite and professional at ALL times. I even requested that he mulch the branches for me to utilize in my organic yard/garden and he left me 6 yards of fragrant pine mulch. I will be working exclusively with Mr. Concha in the future to assess ALL of my 1/2 acre of trees to properly maintain and manage them!

Juan and his crew were on time and gave us a great rate for the removal of a pine tree from my front yard. They hauled away the tree, covered the hole, and cleaned up the area. The work was very professionally done.

I was very impressed with Juan's dedication and professionalism. He was able to remove 4 trees 2 of which were massive and grew between a fence and the garage. Juan and his team were able to remove the trees with expertise and then cleaned up the backyard. A job well done.
