Like other reviewers have said, Carlos is a great guy. He's very responsible and cares a great deal about his work. We hired him to remove a plaster ceiling, put up new sheet rock, refinish 16 of our interior wood doors from 1927, refinish our exterior door - also from 1927, refinish hardwood floors, put up picture molding, and finally paint. It was a huge job for us and he did it very well, being patient to coordinate with our electrician for the lighting we added to the new ceiling. Go with Carlos, he'll give a great price and work hard to complete the job.
