They were fine.  No additional costs.  We did it before the end of the calendar year.  They were courteous and on time.  The cleaning was not particularly, I think my wife would have liked them to have done a better job with it but it was just kind of okay. Interaction with them was fine.

They were prompt, professional, and thorough. They did a great job giving my kitchen a deep clean which it needed.

The company was very easy to deal with and responsive on the phone. Two women came, one of whom was clearly the senior person and the other who was assisting. They were pleasant and professional. Since they didn't have the ability to move my refrigerator or cabinets, this waited until my husband returned home from work, and they stayed an extra few minutes to do some clean up once he moved them. They worked carefully and steadily throughout the time they were present.
However, for the price I paid I was expecting a higher level of expertise, efficiency, or thoroughness than I received.
I felt they were definitely putting in their efforts, but at the end of 4 hours I only had a couple of rooms done pretty thoroughly and the rest of the main floor dusted. When I spoke to the contact person before our cleaning date (after I had paid), she informed me that if time were to be spent organizing there would not be time for housecleaning. THis makes sense but nonetheless I thought that for 350 I'd end up with more work having been done.
It turned out they relied on using the cleaning materials I happened to have at home, including ladder, mops, brooms, etc. I would have thought they would bring their own high quality equipment and materials, especially in case I didn't happen to have a ladder around or the right kind of sprays or dustcloths. They did not seem to know more than I did about how to clean various surfaces, and in fact used a harsh cleanser with bleach on my marble countertops. I had asked that they lift up the rug in one bedroom so they could clean the floor thoroughly, but in fact they simply spent time vacuming the rug and that night I found underneath was full of dust and had not been cleaned.
It could be my expectations based on the advertisement, and quot;a day of deep housecleaning, organizing, and de-clutteringand quot; were far beyond what could be provided by two people in 4 hours. In fairness, I have a large house and family and there was plenty of cleaning needed. It would have been helpful to get some more specific guidance from them about what I could reasonably expect and what would be the best use of their time.
In summary, I'd say they were definitely reliable, pleasant and nice to work with and hard working, and if I were thinking to hire them as regular cleaning workers to come each week I'd consider it. However, the advertisement created unmet expectations. They were not superior enough in effectiveness to other housecleaners I have had over the years, to warrant a high price.

They did what the homerowner wanted . When I went the next day somethings were still very dirty. Not impressed. But the home owner did not use them efficiently.

cleaned three rooms in 8 man hours - sense of urgency was lacking.

Good job cleaning the bathrooms and windows. Quality of work was great. They took pride in their work. I will highly recommend The Clean Wizards service to family and friends.

These were very nice people, and I wanted to leave a good review for them, but after thinking it over I realized that I was not satisfied enough to leave such a good review.
First, I was confused as to whether or not this was a large cleaning service or a small group of a few people - I still don't really know. When I first called, I was told that the person I spoke with would have to talk with the scheduler, but later I came to think that she herself must be the scheduler - and I think the company is maybe just herself and one other person. I didn't pursue this question because I was busy trying to get my house cleaned at the time.
There were only 2 people who came - I was under the impression that there would be more - and they came in a private car, no uniforms, no company logo. They were about 1/2 hour late, but they had called first about that.
I had arranged for them to come for a full day of and quot;deepand quot; cleaning and and quot;de-clutteringand quot;, which I thought would be about 7 hours with time out for lunch and breaks, but they stayed for about 10 hours, and I had the feeling that they would have stayed longer if I had not insisted that I had to make dinner. They didn't take any real breaks at all. They did not charge me more than their original estimate, but then again not all of the cleaning was completed.
One of them did help me organize quite a bit, but maybe that took up too much of the time? I don't know - I was confused by how they didn't seem to know how to proceed and maybe needed too much direction from me. But maybe I was giving a mixed message.
I won't have them come again because I have decided that I really just want someone very experienced to come in, take over, deal with any clutter that's there, get things clean, and leave. We used to have a summer house that we rented out, and the cleaners did a and quot;turnoverand quot; between guests - very thorough, organized, and complete -- that is what I'm looking for.

They were acceptable. They provided everything that was advertized but not so much that it would be worth giving a negative review. There was not much cleaning to do in reality but yet they were not able to complete the whole project in the 8 hour time period. I was not there but my wife was there and I don't know what they spent the whole 8 hours doing. The work that they did do was good but they were not able to complete the project wherein there should have been no reason to not complete it within an 8 hour time frame.

It was fine. An introductory offer, but I have to say I wasn't overly impressed by the quick in/out of it all. I would have rather had 1 person for the 4 hours, I feel like more would have gotten done. There was just such a flurry of activity that I couldn't really tell what was getting done and what was not.
She did ask me when she arrived what I wanted them to focus on, and I believe they did do that, but just ran out of time.
Then again, it was in introductory offer, and sort of a tickler for employing them on a regular basis. When I inquired about that, I was told that if I did employ her service, I would not be guaranteed the same 2 or 3 people every time. That was a turn off to me. If I am going to hire someone to clean my home every other week, let's say, I don't want different people all the time. I want someone who will get to know our home, and us, and that trust and the ways of doing things will become established.

They did general cleaning. They were good and did their job.

It took some time for contact; we e-mailed back and forth. I was at fault for not reading the fine print, 4 hours for one, or two hours for two people. They arrived late, by almost thirty minutes, the advertisement stated the owner provided the and quot;cleaningand quot; products, which meant everything. I took it to mean the cleaning solutions, but it meant the paper towels, the rags, etc. They did not bring in anything. And for two hours, basically I had two bathrooms cleaned, not the greatest cleaning either; things not put back. And a general vacuuming of my floors. It was not worth the money.

Went very well. The assigned cleaner ran a bit late but notified me. She did a spectacular job--cleaned just as I would myself. Took the time to understand what I wanted and dived into the task to ensure that requirements were met. Bathroom was spotless. Would definitely use Cleaning Wizard again.

They arrived with three people and was ready to work. however they didn't bring any cleaning supplies. I had to supply all of the cleaning material. The workers themselves worked consistantly and very well. They should inform the customer of there requirements.

They came, did the work, and it worked out okay. I liked them because they made an appointment and came on time. The communication was good. When they were here they were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They did a good job.

This was a frustrating experience.

The ladies showed up promptly at 9:00am and began work right away. They did a thorough job and were very pleasant. i am very happy with the results.

Called regarding cleaning service for an apartment that have not been cleaned in 20 yrs. I know this was big deal a wanted to make sure the cleaners would rise to the occassion. They cleaned from top to bottom and getting into areas I didn't even think of cleaning. I like the fact they had a smile on their faces during the cleaning. I would certainly use again recommend them to others.
