The guy came and said he was Patricia's husband. It was really disasterous. I specifically asked him to do many things that he didn't do. A girl was there helping and had to leave early and left things unfinished. I asked him how long it would take for the carpets to be dry and he said it would be 3 hours from the time he started. They didn't even extract the liquid from the carpets and it was still soapy later. It was unbelievable. I could tell he just didn't care.

Patricia's cleaning services has been coming to our house, orginally on a bi-weekly basis, but now on a weekly basis since summer 2011 and I have no intention of stopping. They always turn up on time, do a great job and never complain about the enormous amount of dog and cat fur that wafts around our house. Our place is like the wild kingdom with a combined dog weight of 200lbs and 30lbs of cat prowling around and sitting on every surface they can access. Everytime they come it's as if my whole house breathes a sigh of relief. When they leave it's spanking clean and fresh as a daisy. They even vacuum our sofas!!!! Always friendly, professional and punctual I completely trust them to be in my home (they have a key). I also had them do a spring clean when they started and I was surprised at how reasonably priced it was $230 as our house is just shy of 3,000sqft. Leaving nothing utouched, they cleaned the bejeezers out of our place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patricia's cleaning services. : )

I got them from Angie’s List, and I was pleased with what they did. I have kind of an unusual situation. There is a big attached apartment to my house, so he actually needed to clean in almost 2 different houses. I thought it was very very reasonable for what he did. I had 2 kitchens, and he cleaned 2 kitchens. He did 3 bathrooms and vacuuming. It was pretty much what I needed him to do at that point, and I thought it was very reasonable with him. He came with another worker. He was very prompt. I called him, and he called me right back and we were able to set it up within 2 days. It was good for me just because I couldn’t do anything at that point. I was kind of incapacitated. He was very good. They worked pretty fast, and I would use them again in the future.

My mother, an elderly woman, was closing on a mobile home. I left a message at their number explaining that I would need a deep cleaning of her house but it was short notice. John, Patricia's husband, was able to rearrange his other accounts and accommodate our tight schedule. Their cleaning was more than thorough and I considered their price to be reasonable.

Overall? Excellent, trustworthy service.

The job went great from start to finish. I did not put in a cost amount since all houses are different.

Good experience from the very beginning. First, unlike previous company, owner came to the house to give estimate as well as to discuss any unique details of my wishes. On the day of first cleaning, owner was part of cleaning team. Did an outstanding job. Very professional. and very thorough. I will definitely have them as my cleaning service. They specifically clean all four bathrooms in my house. They are wonderful. They do a terrific, thorough and professional job. They are very reliable and they come on time. The owner communicates extremely well. He always calls the day before to make sure we are still on and the time is okay. They are really the best cleaning service I have ever used.

I tried this Company several years ago and I have been using them weekly since. Very honest which is important when someone has total access to your home, plus they are very reliable too. Prices very reasonable for the work done. Very satisfied and highly recommend...
