I called them on 12/15/16 and set an appointment and explained the printer issue. I scheduled the appointment for 12/19/16 10am-2pm. She sent a email confirmation of the appointment and the time frame. On the day of the appointment I received an email from Debbie stating to confirm an appointment on 12/20/16. I asked her how can she send a revised appointment for the day after of my scheduled appointment date. I was also confused because the new time frame was 10am-6pm. She really did not have an answer. They even asked for a credit card to hold the appointment and she refused to put a manager on the phone and claimed that she was manager after looking for a manager. They are not reliable and I will not recommend them.

Monday I called them and they said would call me back, I waited 2 hours, and called him back. They said the printer still had the same problem and it was $400 repair and I didn't think it was worth the price. I asked them to return the printer. There was screws missing out of the cover and it was not returned in the condition they got it in. I found broken wires that were supposed to be connected to the mother board. I decided to get online and try to do the firmware update myself. After I repaired the broke wires, the printer now works fine. The auto document feed was working, now after getting it back it doesn't work at all. I called the business to try to solve these problems and I was hung up on. I feel this company does't have a clue what they are doing with these machines so I wanted to get the word out so people don't get scammed like I did. The kicker is, they tried to sell me another printer for $500.00.

Very good experience. They got right to resolving the problem and were quick and gave me the solution I needed which was enabling me to work from home again without the interruptions I was experiencing. Also, added a better security program than Norton and now I know that all the information on my computer is safe on a new hard drive.

They came at 9:00 am and resolved the issue in 15-20 minutes. It was a bad power supply and the technician was prepared with one in his car. by 9:30 I was up and running.
