Dyer's Design & Landscape

I saw their work at the homeshow in Clifton Park. I requested that they contact me to provide an estimate. They initially came quickly, but I had to call them back to get the actual estimate. He did apologize that he had been extremely busy and got way behind.I obtained 3 estimates. Dyer's was not the least expensive, but two quotes were extremely close and I went with the individual I felt comfortable with. I was given a date for installation which had to be postponed due to HARD rain. I was given a second date a few days later which was delayed due to equipment problems. The third date was a go as promised! Ultimately it looks wonderful and my neighbors have been very impressed! They charged me less then I was quoted because of the delays. Although they had to cancel a couple of times the job was completed within one week from the original date and my calls were always answered immediately.
