I recently had Jakob’s team perform some work for me and while finishing that work they noticed some issues with my roof and did a full review and recommended it be replaced. They came back 2 days later and replaced the roof and did a great job and cleaned up the area making sure there were no garbage or nails. They finished the job quickly and worked through wet weather. I appreciated that they took the time to check things that were not directly related to what they were working on and they made sure to provide me videos of the before and after. I would highly recommend Jakob and his team for any future work I may need.

I recently hired Jakob and his team to remove and replace a back door stairway. He designed a beautiful structure using pavers that matched a patio that was in existence. His team started the project the following day and completed it that day as well. I am very pleased how it turned out and Jakob was in touch the entire day. It is a beautiful structure and I can’t wait to use it. I am very happy with the results and can’t wait to set up my backyard.

I recently hired Jakob and his team to remodel 2 bathrooms and they did a wonderful job. I found them to be very professional and courteous. They made sure to protect all areas of my house especially during the demolition phase. Jakob was especially helpful in the design phase and assisted me in selecting the tiles, fixtures ect to make the bathrooms look and function wonderfully. My wife and I purchased a beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house that Jakob and his team built on Long Island! We love the design of the home and Jakob was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. He was also very open to our feedback and suggestions and included blinds on all the windows, and medicine cabinets and towel bars in the guest bathrooms post-construction. Jakob didn’t cut any corners, as the home is very well insulated and includes state of the art appliances. He has also been responsive to us post-closing and we hope we can continue to maintain a friendship with him in the future. We highly recommend him and his team!

We got four estimates and Jakob was on par with pricing. He has the ability to see a project and suggest what would make it look more appealing. The concrete and pavers were beautifully done. Jakob is always on time and responsible. The crew clean and efficient. Always respectful. Jakob is reliable and pricing is honest and low. He is dedicated and cares about the project. I knew he would be great from the first time I meet him. He did a fantastic job and would recommend for everyone as he takes care of everything and makes it stress free.

The quality of his work was pure trash. He remodeled my deck and had his workers add steel below it so the bottom deck could be a place to sit even in bad weather. Turns out all it has done is trap the water and as a result pieces of steel have bent or fallen off. He also installed indoor high hats for an outdoor deck which are a fire hazard as per two contractors whom i asked to assess the work that was done. Jakub is a con artist who also tried to make me pay $3500 for a copy of a insurance certificate to show my condo board. Its a piece of paper that is commonly requested and requires emailing as a pdf. $3500? He’s a scam artist who I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Super impressed with the speed/quality of work and attention to every detail. Doing a complete gut renovation of your home isnâ t easy, but I know Iâ m in good hands with Jakob and LI Developers. My home isnâ t huge, but every inch of it is well thought out and being used properly now. Jakob made suggestions I had no idea were possible and has increased the functionality of our available space. With Jakob youâ re getting a contractor, a visionary and perfectionist all in one. He takes pride in his work and reputation, heâ ll make sure the job is done right. We had to wait a few weeks for him to get started on our job, but it was worth the wait. Our gut renovation consisted of a new roof, siding, doors, windows, floors, moldings, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, hvac, new driveway, tree removal, porch with pavers, side patio pavers and backyard patio pavers. Whatever it is you need Jakob can get it done, donâ t waste another minute and book him!

Jacky and his crew not only replaced the flooring but comprehensively fixed up the hallways of an apartment building I manage: painting the halls, doors, gate; changing the lights; changing the mailboxes; etc. The inside of the building looked awful before and looks incredible now. Jacky is very responsive, his team worked super hard to get the job done quickly, and our tenants are thrilled with the result.

After meeting with Jakob I had the confidence that he could probably do any kind of contracting job and understood which important issues needed attention. I own some rental properties and have the experience of dealing with many contractors over the years. Reliability is the number one factor and this guy gets it.

Jakob and his team recently removed my old backyard wooden deck and driveway. Jakobâ  s team is very talented, hard working and created a beautiful new backyard patio and driveway lined with paving stones and Belgian blocks along the edges. I recommend Jakob and his staff very highly for any home improvement work. They have very good ideas and will work with you to make sure your are happy with their work.

The contracter is very attentive he was here every day his staff is excellent the staff cleaned up every day before they left for the day the job was done exactly the way they said it would be Jacob the owner made sure I was happy everyday
