Description of Work: They took off the old,worn out caulk in the upstairs and downstairs bathtub. Applying new caulk neatly without making a mess. They also fixed the downstairs toilet. So it was even on the cement floor.

Description of Work: James was professional and thorough in discussing the scope of the project. He didn't want any surprises on my part. This was valuable for me because I, with no background at all in carpentry, thought it seemed like a quick sort of job. I had a more realistic perspective after talking with James. His carpenter was timely, did a good job and cleaned up. I'm so happy with the corners, the perfect cuts on the various mouldings.
