The work they did lasted 3 month and was getting mold and mildew back. The ownerwould get back to me but never followed through. At the time I thought it was a good price but it has since cost me $900 to undo their work. It is worse than when I originally called them! I cannot have anyone over because it looks just awful. I would not recommend them, terrible job, I am so unhappy and it has costs me much more money.

Hector came and gave a written estimate the same day I hired him to repair 5 cracked kitchen tiles and to regrout the kitchen and laundry room. Brian showed up on time was extremely professional walked me through his entire process. He gave choices of grout color and completed the entire job in 6 hours. Our floor looked Brand New. Would use again and highly recommend. Best decision ever! Only wish is we had done it sooner. Thank you Brian

Did a great job

The work was well done. Hector worked quickly and safely on the bathroom tile replacement. My daughter and I were very pleased. His personality is awesome and he keeps his word on attendance. We wish the company much blessings.

I loved the process of getting my bathroom redone and ceiling as well. Every step was done in a timely manner, The Carpenter made this process easy and hassle free. The pricing was great and the work was done within 1 week of initially speaking to the Carpenter. They came on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned and re-caulked and re-grouted a moldy stall shower. They also put in a new tile floor. I realized that they did not complete a small section and they came back the next day and finished it.

Hector was quick to respond, diagnosed the problem effectively through texts and photos and set up an appointment right away. Estimate was fare, job was done well and clean up A+. The problem was when there were a couple of touch ups needed. Communication was very slow and we felt like we had to practically harass for them to get them to come back. Make sure the job is perfect before they leave.
