Titanium Grout Lines

The work done I think was very good. The only complaint I have is that I feel the job was incomplete. He did not wipe down the excess grout off the tiles and vacuum up the mess. He told me they don't do that. He left a dusty mess.

Professional. Timely, efficient and neat. Raphael did a thorough job of regrouting a tile shower. Rare for me to find workmen who came when they said they’d come and charge what they said they’d charge when they took the job.

Hector did a great job in repairing/replacing large tiles in foyer as well as grout repair in shower stall. Very courteous and polite and professional. Would recommend him for any future tile work!

contacted me right away. Came and gave me an estimate. The work was completed on time. When I called after the project was completed, I noticed a film on the floor. Jason told me what to do and said that he would come back and rebuff the floor if it didn't work. I fell down a flight of stairs so I couldn't clean the floor as I can't walk so as soon as I'm feeling better, I'll do what he suggested.

The process of hiring Titanium Grout Lines was easy. I texted photos and Hector gave an estimate and answered all questions promptly by text or phone. I initially thought either Hector or Jason was doing the actual re-grouting and only found out last-minute it would be Raphael (whom I knew nothing about) but I wound up being very satisfied with the work that was done. Raphael is a hard-working, considerate and helpful guy who wants to do the best job possible. All in all, this was a very positive experience and I hope Titanium Grout Lines is available if I need any touch-ups or repairs going forward.

When I was given estimate it was not clear that he will do only shower walls. He charged me money for grouting only on shower side 3 walls. Also replacing tiles were expensive , initially gave me 50 dollars for 2 tile and than when 3rd tile needed replacement wanted to charge 50 dollars extra but finally agreed for 25 dollars. Acid cleaning of floors was nothing, spray something and just brushed. I had to do lot of cleaning to look better. Whole bathroom should cover all walls.

Very professional and prompt. They were able to fix my leaking tub and shower the next day. A call out for inquiry about the job was returned within 15 minutes after entering info on the Home Advisor website. Hector was a very nice person who explained the work he would do. Because of the leak and the urgent nature of the job, I did not have the opportunity to obtain other estimates. The price seemed fair enough for 6 hours of labor plus an additional helper who arrived to assist Hector for a few hours.

Raphael came at the promised time and worked non stop until the job was completed. I review the work and it was a good job. Near new looking and I was satisfied . I would recommend them as I thought the price was fair , service was good and overall quality acceptable
