The estimate was done by Jason, and I expected him to show up and clean and seal my bathroom and kitchen floors. When Mike showed up, I was skeptical at first, due to his younger age...Don't be fooled by that. He worked hard, he was patient in answering my questions, very attentive to details, and very easy to talk to. He is an excellent Pro. Jason from Titanium answered my call about 10 minutes after I signed up with Home Advisors. He was polite, and professional. I sent him pictures of the tub where tiles were missing and broken. He knew exactly what to do. After a few conversations back and forth, I hired him to do the project. He showed up right on time, a helper with him. We reminded him of our price limit, he said no problem. He fixed a few things that were not in the original plan, for the same price. I would definitely recommend Titanium Grout Lines to anyone who has a tile job. He is definitely a professional.

Jason was very helpful and made me very confident. Raphael was great! He told us what he was doing and how he would do it. I didn't find a speck of dust after. This was so different from my experience with Networx. Their idea of a "Pro", ADA First Class Services, made a mess and ruined my floor. They never contacted me to show responsibility. I will stick with Home Advisor. and Titanium. They are great and did a great job! I can't say enough about Raphael and his work.

They were professional from the first contact until they finished the job. They came on time and were courteous. They worked hard to make sure it was done right; asked me to check it several times to make sure that I was happy with the job and then redid a few areas that I pointed out. They worked with us on getting the grout the exactly right color. Very happy with this company and would wholeheartedly recommend them.
