The man who gave the estimate was the man who performed the job. He arrived on time and at the day as promised. He was honest about what job needed to be done and was careful to cover everything so I understood what he would do and WHY. He seemed concerned to do a great job which told me that he wants people to be happy with his job. To me, that sounds like a great marketing strategy because he will be sure to get repeat customers. Most people today want to become millionaires overnight, so fees are marked up and a simple job is made complicated to raise the cost. Titanium Grout Lines is not a company out to scam you. Hire these people, you will not be disappointed.

BOTH MEN WORKED WELL TOGETHER. THEY HAD TO MAKE TWO TRIPS TO MY RESIDENCE DUE TO A PLUMBING ISSUE. THIS DID NOT EFFECT MY QUOTE. I WOULD RECOMMEND JASON AND HECTOR. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!

We had Titanium Grout do a repair of tile work that had fallen off around the bathroom window and separated from the wall below the window. The work they did was very nice. The price was good and the repair was completed in one day. They cleaned up completely. We would have been completely satisfied except for one thing. That we had to chase them down a bit. First, we had to follow up for the written estimate. But more importantly, there was some slight cracking of the grout under the windowsill. It took a month before we could get them to complete the repair. We had to enlist the help of Home

Grout repair was excellent. I took off a 1/2 star because I wasn't notified that Jason had an emergency and couldn't come for the 9am appt. After I texted him, he sent another person to do the work and that was fine. I would definitely recommend Titanium Grout Lines.
