Jake came to my home to review propsed treatment of our 7 ash trees. I was happy to find that the infestation was minimal and they were salvageable by root injection procedures, two days later Athena showed up and walked around the property confirming the trees that needed to be treated. She then proceded to perform the injection process and while she was knowledgeable and informative and she answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable that this was the thing we needed to do. We are very happy with the work and we are going to have continued service on our property.

During a winter storm a heavy branch feel on the roof and needed to be removed. They came and gave me an estimate and then came back later to cut it down.

Jake and his crew arrived on time, did a very good job of removing the some trees. They were very pleasant and accommodating. They cleaned up the yard of all debris. Would recommend them.

They were knowledgeable on the assessment of the job I wanted done. Arrived on the date and time promised. And did a really great job. They worked hard. I'd use them again and highly recommend.

We got quotes from four tree services and found Jake to be both to be both highly knowledgeable and more than competitive in price. On the scheduled work day his crew was prompt, friendly and efficient, completing all work to our satisfaction. Hiring contractors is always something of a crap shoot, so finding an outstanding one like Alpine Tree Service is a major plus.

We are very pleased with the work Jake DeMasi and his team at Alpine Tree did to remove more than two dozen mature trees that fell on our property in Somers during a violent storm. Hiring a certified arborist is the only way to go. Jake is a personable and knowledgeable pro who kept us informed throughout the cleanup. Alpine did such a great job at a fair price that we invited them back this summer to do additional trimming and storm prevention work. Again, we couldn't be happier with Jake and Alpine Tree they are our go to solution to keep our trees healthy and beautiful.

Crew was very careful not to disturb lawn and other trees/shrubs while removing trees. They also cleaned up nicely after the job was finished. Jake is very knowledgeable about tree care so if you have some trees under stress that you would like to keep, he can provide many solid suggestions. Would highly recommend Alpine Tree and will definitely use them in the future.

Jake was very responsive - prompt to give me the estimate, followed through on execution day of service. He took all of my suggestions for trimming (an entire day of trimming) and wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. I would highly recommend!

I recently hired this company to remove a pine tree and grind two stumps. I paid $1000 cash. The young man who said he owned the company did not come back that day to grind the stumps. We had to call him each week with an attitude to get him to come back and do the stumps. It took a month and he did a very poor job. He didn't go down far enough. We can't add soil nor can we ride our mower over the area especially one stump. Of course that one was located where we could not see him grinding. My husband did a better job on another tree just using his chain saw. I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend this company and warn you not to pay in full until the job is complete and to your satisfaction.

Jake and his crew are highly competent and do excellent work, including a very thorough post-job cleanup. He worked with me over the Winter when I was in Florida and a tree had fallen on my house back in NY. He took care of everything, including applying a temporary patch to the smallish hole in my roof caused by one of the branches poking through (fortunately only into an attic space). I had him come back this Summer to inspect the rest of the trees in the yard to take care of any that might similarly threaten the house (as well as a number of other trees that needed some serious pruning and trimming). Once again they did a great job and a super cleanup. I highly recommend Alpine Tree Service (and will use them again in the future).
