Spiro is a gem! Superb workmanship. punctual and affordable. He start the work on the day he said he would and finished early. I left him and his crew in charge of painting the whole house without removing anything and I found my house repainted splendidly and everything put back where it belonged including the wall art and the knickknacks. He also remodeled my guest bathroom efficiently and beautifully. I will use him again and again for any remodeling work big or small. Could not b more satisfied!

Spiro is a true professional and wonderful to work with. He even fixed my front door besides painting it. You will have no worries with Spiro and his helper Roger. They do exactly what is needed to get the job done right. Roula Spiros wife is also a pleasure and any concerns at all and they will take care of it. They worked hard and when the job was done everything was clean. I have already recommended Spiro to my friends. These days it's hard to find an honest professional but they fit the bill.

Spiro was honest and very professional. He had Roger do the painting and his work was excellent. He did an outstandng job in the preparation of my walls and closet, and when the painting was done, you would never know that anyone had been in the house. Spiro and Roula are absolutely terrific to work with. I am in the process of finishing a complete remodeling project on a large home. I wish I found ERP early enough to use them on the entire project. They were always on time, delivered exceptional quality work and did a myriad of extra things gratis! Spiro is very honest and works well , he went up and above . He striped and stain all my mahogany windows and doors, also repair many items , any painting or staining this is your guy , I would use him again .

Spiro powerwashed and stained two outdoor structures on our property. He did an incredible job and both look spectacular. Spiro is a true "old-world craftsman" who takes pride in his work and delivers over and above what he promises. We will definitely be using Spiro again!

Spiro knocked down an old room in the basement, and framed out a larger room. He cleaned up all the trash, even took out some old carpet that was not part of the job. He framed, hung the drywall, taped, floated, etc. installed a door. Did it all...and even did some stuff that was not on the original estimate just so it would look right. Very punctual, person of his word. I trusted him and his assistant enough, I just went to work every day (it was a 3 day job) and told them to lock up when they were through for the day. Would 100% recommend him.

Spiro is a perfectionist. He painted our entire house in a timely manner and at a great price. Spiro takes pride in his work, is very knowledgeable about what products work best, and is very organized, clean and neat. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Spiro. We have asked him to come back next Spring to work on our deck.
