Finishing Touch

details.The work and schedule went well.  He removed the old vinyl flooring and the tub surround that dated back to the early 1990s. He then repaired the floor and replaced around the tub with new cement board. Tiled the bathroom walls and installed a new vanity. Then painted the apartment and did a few odds and ends like fix closet doors, etc. A very good experience. I have been using Joe of Finishing Touch for years and I plan on continue using him in the future.  Just last year he installed a new roof on my home with thirty year shingles. I have highly recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.

After I gave up on painting my room myself. I called Finishing Touch and left a message. He quickly got in touch with me and told me he was really busy but if I didn't mind he would come by and provide an estimate during the evening. We planned it out and he showed up at 9:30 in the evening and provided a full estimate. Talk about dedication. He stayed a while and was not in a rush at all. It was like a Thursday and he had planned to come by and paint my room on Monday. He showed up at the time he mentioned and did all the work professionally. I will definitely use him again!

The guy is Joe Yurschak and he is doing some roofing for me currently. I have an apartment building that has two small roofs that were old, so he ripped off the old ones and put new ones on, as well as some re-shingling on that roof and some of the other roofs. He has also done painting for exterior and interior and tire work. I also have another guy who I use for roofing for apartment building that are very high up and I have one guy who does general carpentry and poach roofs. Everything with them is excellent and if they were terrible I wouldn't still be using them. I think their pricing is very reasonable.
