GGL Garage Doors

Service was excellent for initial consultation and service, however, within 2 weeks of installation, my garage door became heavy (off-balanced) I have tried on multiple occasions through text and call to contact Gadi, to have the door re balanced. After I made contact he (Gadi) indicated that he would correct the situation the following day, it has been 3 days past and no response, I will have to contract someone else to make adjustments. After service sucks?.

Excellent! This morning we noticed that one cable was stripping and hanging so looked up "HomeAdvisor.com" and they were one of the recommendations. They came within an hour of the same day (We live by Nassau/Suffolk border). Very speedy and professional. I liked how Gadi had an assistant and teaching while he was doing the repair so even I could understand what he was doing. They replaced the other cable (which was probably placed at the same) and one safety cable as well. They checked other parts, made adjustment, and left within an hour (by lunch)! Their fee was reasonable and definitely worth it, since they got it fixed within the same day! It works so smooth now, and thank god there was no damage to our cars. I am so glad I called them!

Gadi was responsive, is highly-skilled and has a get-it done attitude. His years of experience are immediately apparent as he assesses your project and has the tools and techniques to tackle any garage or gate problem. For our project, he replied, arrived prepared (with special parts I mentioned via phone), and got it finished smoothly all on the same day as our initial request. Would absolutely use him again (but probably won't need to)! Highly recommended.
