They had an incredible quote that ended up being about 25% low, but the cost of the materials was still really reasonable. The flooring we purchased was off a larger remnant so it was a good deal.
Their installers, however, are a mixed bag. The first one, who installed the floor, forgot to seal the seams and caulk under the exterior door. After three months, the flooring started lifting along one seam. They sent back the same installer, who re-glued the flooring and said "You need to get those seams sealed. I don't know why I didn't do that before". After a couple of weeks of phone calls I was able to schedule someone to come out and finish the floor. The last technician who came out was great.
After four months and three visits, the floor looks great. The end product was very nice, but you need to keep on top of them to get things done the right way.
