Precision Painting Plus of Queens

Precision Painting Plus was incredibly overpriced, unprofessional, sloppy and rude. They painted my living room and master & primed a second bedroom and hallway. They did not sand the french pocket doors before painting so the paint came off within 2 days. They did not tape off any hardware, floor or glass of the french doors so there was paint on my doorknobs, floor and doors. When I pointed out the paint on the glass their technicians told me to scrape it off with my finger nail. After pointing out the areas that needed touch ups 2 rounds later, I asked for is credit since they were unwilling or unable to fix the outstanding issues. They gave me an insignificant amount back which did not ladder up to the estimate given so I asked for a breakdown of the costs. They refused and told me a breakdown of the cost was unreasonable to ask. They then followed up by demanding payment of the balance less than 5 days after they finished work then threatened to send me to collections without providing the invoice I had asked for.

Totally unprofessional, sloppy painting, they never used tape, they did not use drop cloth to cover everything, they painted over my white plug in outlets. They got paint spatters on my rocking chair, my chest of drawers, my windows, my file cabinet. and places on floor.

Arrived early each day and cleaned very well,good job and very professional.

Working with the folks at PPP was effortless, I highly recommend them.

Oscar and his team did fabulous carpentry work prior to the painting. We had 2 windows replaced, 1 re-framed and 1 removed, as well as gutter replacement and roof repair. The painting was expertly completed within days. Beautiful paint job! Alfredo the PM offered helpful suggestions related to the process so we knew what to expect. We will use Precision Painting Plus on future projects.

Job well done and done quickly. They were able to patch, paint and fix all the minor issues on the walls as well. Painted the walls, ceilings, doors, closet, and baseboards within a day on the first floor and second floor. Priced competitively and would use them again.

I actually liked their price and the workers they hire; however, they never delivered on a promise to fix something they messed up on their job. I had to pay out of pocket to make my own repair for their mistake. I will never use them again and would not recommend them

Precision Painting removed about 100 years of old paint from the original doors in my apartment. It was ALOT of work, but they pushed through and got the job done. They repainted the surfaces- a total of five doors. You cannot live in the apartment while this is happening, so plan accordingly. All work was done on premises and needed the supers permission.
