Paladin was great. They met the budget and timeline while doing quality work. Jhon stopped by over the weekend to price the job and they finished work the following weekend. Jhon was very clear about what he would do, the time it would take, and the costs. They worked late hours to finish and Jhon provided updates the entire time. He worked with us to meet our budget and we are VERY thankful for that. Jhon also went above and beyond and agreed to touch up areas that were not originally included to make sure we would be satisfied. It is rare to find a contractor who genuinely wants to provide you with a nicely finished home. Highly recommended!

The work was completed really fast but he did not skimp on the quality of the work. Jhonatan very hard working and honest. He came over to see the apartment and get an understanding of what I was looking for and set a realistic, honest estimate on the work. After completion he was happy to fix whatever areas that I felt needed to be touched up. He was a pleasure to work with. At the end, I am left with a spectacular looking apartment. Guests have even come over and commented in the great paint job.

If I could add 10 stars, Jhonathan would more than deserve them. Not only was the quality of the painting excellent, but moreso the care and attention Jhonatan paid to prep work and clean up and restoration. Jhonatan is very dependable, hard working and meticulous. Moreover, he is extremely trustworthy so that we left him alone to work in our apartment while we were out of the city. He comes highly recommended .

Jhon is an honest, knowledgeable, hard-working man with a strong work ethic. He takes great pride in his work and does everything in his power to please the customer. He explains in detail everything he intends to do and how he will go about it. My kitchen ceiling had severe structural damage and he installed sheetrock and did skim coating and it now looks beautiful. It is no longer necessary to cover the walls with wallpaper because the cracks are gone. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jhon if you expect to have a job well done at a reasonable price.

A license Independent contractor that works along with the owner, tenant and management. The price for a 2 bedroom apartment was super competitive and everything from communication to painting was on par couldn’t ask for more.
