Did not come when planned...installer decided to change the plans and of course I wasn't home...offered to re-do the gutter and downspout...the damage had been done. $1100 for 1.25 hrs. seems like a steep hourly rate for a small job poorly done.

Gutter Pro employees arrived on date scheduled and were very well mannered and professional. They went right to work. I left for work at 8:45am and when I returned after 1:00pm the work was all done and you would not know that any work had been done except the nice new gutters. There was no mess let behind. Good job guys.

Install took less than a day. A problem with the billing office overcharging me on the 50% deposit.

Don't know the true value for the money as it hasn't rained much since they were installed.

Going on 3 weeks they have 1950.00 of my money and have not called or done any work yet.

The gutters look great and the guys were friendly, but today i went out to let my 3 year old and 1 year old swim in their little kiddie pool and i noticed an old rusty nail laying on our patio.. thought nothing of it and picked it up... upon further inspection noticed several (10+) rusty nails laying on our patio... so I brought my kids back inside not wanting them to step on them. We also have a dog and i am thankful he didn't step on one... so now I have to go searching for more rusty nails to try and make sure my family is safe... VERY UN PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!

They did a good job and got rid of the old gutter for me.

They came right a way. Gave me a price and completed the work in one day. Cleanup was excellent. We could not be more satisfied with the job and personal.

My facility is a 100' x 60' pole barn. The installation took them 1 1/2 days. They cleaned up all scraps each day before they left and were courteous and polite whenever I asked a question. My facility looks so much neater now with the new gutters. I couldn't be happier.
