The salesmen was extremely knowledgeable of product. spent time going over there product vs. competitors. had us qualified for 1yr interest free loan within minutes. customer service rep tried setting up install before memorial day weekend , but had to cancel apt due to main installer on vacation, which was better for us. they came in on Wednesday and had job done in 6 hrs. Gutters a little pricey, but guaranteed for life, with transferable lifetime warranty. Never have to clean them, if they do, gutter pro does them free of charge

The installation crew arrived earlier than planned and worked quickly. The existing down connector layout between upper and lower sections wouldn't work with the Gutter Pro covers, so they changed the upper gutter to exit on the opposite side and added an additional downspout at no cost to me. Everything was explained in a professional and courteous manner. The old gutters and debris were hauled away. The only negative part of the experience was finding numerous screws in the grass that were missed during the cleanup phase. I'm a little eager for a good rain to see how well they work on my specific roof.
