The Angie's Deal was $75 for two hours of caulking and grout restoration. During our initial phone call, Jerry said he charged $75 for each additional hour for work beyond the deal. We told him about the small jobs we needed done and that we thought he could complete that within the two hours allotted. He said the deal was for one room or two hours. We referred to the deal and the fact that it was for two hours of work and it did not limit the number of rooms. He agreed to do the work and told us there would be an additional charge for the light grey caulk we requested ($10). Jerry arrived at the agreed time and he was able to complete the work within the two hour time frame. Two bathtubs were recaulked very nicely. The caulking on the third tub looks messy and the original white caulk shows through the grey caulk in several areas. We asked about removing the white caulk first but he said it wasn't a good idea. The caulk in the small corner was left a mess with caulk all over many tiles and some on the floor which my husband had to clean up. Jerry is a pleasant guy but his work was too inconsistent for us to use him again.

It was great. Gerry was punctual, efficient, friendly and professional. Arriving on time, he looked over the work to be done, gave me an estimate of the time it would take and began working. His work was excellent - and the areas were clean after he completed the work. He was knowledgeable about products that would help to keep mildew and mold from recurring as quickly. After the work was completed, I asked advice about another home project. Gerry explained several options, the amount of work involved with each and the overall cost. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to clearly explain the issues to me.

Jerry came to our home a week prior to the job in order to match the caulk to the tile. His color choice was perfect. We had tried to remove the old caulk ourselves prior to hiring him but were unsuccessful removing it completely. He did a beautiful job doing something we could not. Since it was a small job, we had had trouble finding someone who was willing to do it. But Jerry worked us into his schedule in a very timely fashion. We were impressed with his expertise and professionalism and would not hesitate to hire him again. We were able to use the Angie's List coupon offer for $75 which was more than reasonable.

He returned my original call the same day & made an appointment soon after, which he confirmed & showed up on time. I was impressed that he explained how & why he would do the job using quality products that would last. He does very meticulous work and shows up when he says he will . I am very happy with the quality of the work in both rooms, they look beautiful. Jerry is a true professional. We are having him install our backsplash and our wood floor in our family room since we are very satisfied and impressed with his work.

Jerry (bud) was amazing! He took all the guess work out of my remodel...helping with every detail of the project.... And even better, jerry returned phone calls...was prompt, courteous and very accommodating. He even helped me save money on the project by offering alternative solutions to the project. I would highly recommend this service provider and am looking forward to using them again for another home renovation.

The job went superbly. Bud really pays attention to detail. On recent job, kitchen and laundry room area had 3 past layers of floors to rip up before putting hardwood down. Everything done meticulously. No corners cut!

They showed up on time and did very good work - clean up at end of day.
