Bud’s Ceramic Tile and Remodeling is owner-operated by Gerald Ogilvie who has more than 30 years’ experience in the ceramic tile and remodeling field. He proudly serves Erie County and Western New York for any bathroom remodeling projects, and also specializing in ceramic and porcelain tile and marble flooring repair and installation. DURING COVID-19: We are following all State guidelines and protocols, including requiring a waiver signed by all homeowners in order to complete work.

Description of Work: Bud did an excellent job tiling our sunroom. It was an old enclosed porch and there were issues with the eveness of the floor This added to the cost, but Bud explained it all, and I've lived here long enough to know that remodeling an older home always involves hidden suprises. |I chose the tile, Bud told me what to look for and was pleased with my choice. |

Dear customer, i am sorry you are not satisfied with your caulk job. i did recommend that you apply the 99.00 towards a new shower. clearly your job requires a complete remodel and well beyond repair. i can only make suggestions to customers and next time i run into a customers job that is beyond repair i will simply refund and not touch job. your shower will continue leaking until it is removed and replaced. i do appreciate you taking time to write a review but do not think i deserve a negative rating after you were told the job could not be repaired with out replacement. sincerely, jerry

Description of Work: A lot of caulking in bathroom and kitchen. Wanted grout repairing in bathroom, but the grout was too detereated to repair so caulk was the only option. He did the best he could.

Description of Work: Did caulking in our shower. Scrapped off the old and put in some new. Confirmed our suspicions about some damage under some loose tiles. We had him do a stop gap measure for now. Plan to permanently fix at a later date. Very nice and professional!
