He was very good. He charged me about $800 a door. I liked that he was extremely responsive. He returned phone calls immediately. I liked his price. After I placed the order, he was very timely in having the doors installed. There were no complications. I had no downs. Everything was very positive.

Called him up and he showed up the same day. Gave me reasonable estimates. I decided to go with repair, and he did the work within 30 min. Was very knowledgeable and efficient. Would hire again.

It went very well. Price for spring replacement was exactly what was quoted, and after hearing options for what could also be done, I decided to replace the pulleys as well on that door. Kevin explained my options completely, without any pressure to decide one way or the other. His price was very fair, he was professional, neat, and careful. Last year I had another garage repairman come to my home three different times, I spent over a hundred to two hundred dollars each time. Within several weeks, another problem developed. The last time he was here, he said the next time he came, (which would probably be in a few weeks), he would have to replace the garage door, because several small dents were interefering with the opening and closing of the door. I decided to join Angie's List, and am so glad I did! I called Cleary because of the excellent reviews he has received, and the honesty that most consumers expressed that he showed. He promised to call back and did as he said. He explained what he would do when he arrived, and the time he would be here. He arrived five minutes before that time, and quickly checked out the doors and evaluated the problems. He showed me how the springs which wer replaced bby the other service man wwere too small for the door weight, and that was causing the cable problems, etc. He also said that there was no reason to replace the garage doors, and the dents had nothing to do with the workings.He gave me separate estimates for each repair that he felt would be needed, and also told me that they all did not have to be done at once. I decided to have it all done, and he left to get the proper springs for the job. He was back in less than a half hour, and told me he was able to save $40.00 by getting double springs that would do the job just as well, perhaps even better. The work was completed quickly. I totally would recommend this company, and will definitely call them if necessary. Thanks to Mr. Cleary an Angie's List, my door is working perfectly!

Had a garage door that was opening unevenly. Needed service. Called Cleary, and he was able to fit us into his schedule within one day. Remarkable! He diagnosed the problems, replaced the parts that needed to be replaced, cleaned up. Perfect!

Kevin suggested how I might fix the problem without his services! After I tried, but did not solve the problem, we arranged for a service call. He was on time. Methodically eliminated some possibilities and found the cause after a very brief amount of time. It was not the electronic eye but a problem with the wiring. Promptly fixed the problem. I called mid-week for a service visit to resolve a garage door that would not fully close when triggered by the auto garage door opener. I requested service call and information for a replacement door. My call was returned the same afternoon with an appointment time on Friday. He arrived on time and quickly determined that the issue was old pulleys. He quickly replaced the old broken plastic pulleys with new high quality ones. He also provided easy to understand optionsand rough cost estimates for possible future replacement of the garage door. The garage door is working perfectly now. When I am ready to replace the old garage door, I will call KJ Cleary to perform the work. He was professional and polite, provided a quick response for the service call, and completed quality work in a timely manner.

I had been struggling with my garage door for about a year... the line snapped and my son and I had to force it open and shut. It finally reached the point where the garage door actually separated into parts. It was a mess. In desperation I looked on Angie's list because I didn't want to spend a thousand dollars on a new door... this guy was a Godsend. He fixed my door and gave me all new hardware. He replaced the broken lock with a deadbolt and an inside handle. He did it in a few hours and was VERY reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. THANK YOU!!!!

The garage door froze and would not go up or down. Called Kevin and he told me how to get it down for the night. He came the next day, knew immediately what the problem was, showed me the damaged gear, had a replacement part on his truck, replaced the gear, adjusted both doors and everything works great. My garage door spring broke at around 11:30 at night. The next morning I called KJ Cleary and left a message. He called me back within an hour and while he was out on another job, he gave me an estimate and made arrangements to come over around 1pm. He walked me through my options and performed the work quickly and neatly. I was very pleased with his professionalism and work. He is one of the best I have ever dealt with. You cannot go wrong with this guy.
