I called Kevin and left a message. He called back the same day. He was able to fit me in right away for an estimate as he was in the area. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. I agreed to the work. He arrived on time for the installation. He did exactly what he said, made sure I understood how everything worked, cleaned up all trash and charged me a reasonable price. I would absolutely use him again if ever needed.

I got 3 estimates from angies list for a new garage door with opener and keypad.I also needed old door removed.First company i called gave his estimate over the phone which i did not like. Of the other two estimates i chose Kevin.He called me back the same day and came by to give me an estimate in person within days.His price was on par with the other estimate but he was very informative,took alot of time discussing my options and the fact that he is the owner and does the installations was very important to me.I also gave weight to his prior great reviews on angies list which were deserved.Kevin showed up on the agreed upon date early in the morning and was finished in a couple of hours.He installed a garage door,opener and outside keypad and carted away my old door.The job was done cleanly and correctly.Kevin said i could call him anytime if i have any questions about the door.I could not have asked for more.I now have a working garage door for the first time in 10 years and hopefully for a long time to come.

He is very reasonable with his service cost and explained everything that needed to be repaired prior to any work being started. I called him 11/20/13 and he arrived, as promised, 11/21/13 at 7:15 A.M. He explained the problem, fixed it within an hour, gave me tips on how to lubricate the system, and even talked me out of buying another garage door (which, it turned out, I did not need). This guy is unbelievable. I would hire him again in a heart beat. Friendly, informative, reliable, and fast.

What a novel experience! He kept in touch with me throughout the day to try to arrange the PERFECT time for me to re-enter my home. He arrived at the appointed time. He was so nice! He told me of his Flat Rate, proceeded to fix my problem - and then helped me with a lingering problem that I 'learned to live with' regarding my garage door. This man, this company should be the benchmark for other companies who want the trust, approval and recommendations from new customers. Quickly returned my call, spelled out all of my options and their associated costs over the phone. Very courteous and professional on the phone. He was able to squeeze me in 15 minutes after our phone call. He arrived promptly on time. Assessed the situation explained what needed to be replaced and what did not. was very clear and concise about the price for both parts and labor. We agreed on a course of action and to my surprise he started and completed the work right then and there. They were extremely neat and polite and the work was flawless. Great guys, cannot recommend them enough.

My garage door broke at 3PM. I didn't know who to call so I signed up for Angie's list. Kevin's company had a high number of good reviews so I gave him a call. Kevin returned my call within an hour and was onsite at my home the next morning at 6AM. He explained all of my repair options (with related costs) and helped me make an informed decision. He completed the work quickly and did a great job. Kevin was very helpful and nice too. I am relieved that my door is back on track (pun intended) and am so grateful for all of his help. Kevin Cleary was fantastic to work with. I initially called his office and was directed to his cell phone. We arranged a date and time for an estimate. He showed up on time, understood just what I was looking for and was very sensitive to my schedule. He seemed to go out of his way to accommodate me. On installation day, he again showed up on time, was very organized and got the job done in no time. Very efficient. He even removed an old garage opener for me. Called Kevin based upon Angie'sList reviews and am an enthusiastic endorsement for those reviews. Kevin was prompt to return phone call, came at the appointed time, discussed possibilities and pricing. He said that he would be here by 7am and finished by 10am, and he was. The door looks beautiful, operates perfectly, and it was a pleasure from start to finish.

AFter looking on Angie's List earlier this morning, I contacted Kevin. He returned my call within a few hours and was able to come to my home the same day. He arrived at the time he said he would, discussed the issue with my two doors, did the work and was finished in a short period of time. His price was extremely fair, and he was honest, and didn't fix more than he needed to. This is my first time using Angie's list and my first time using Kevin and both were more than positive experiences!

The spring on my garage door broke about 11:00 at night and I was on Angie's list at midnight looking for someone to repair it. I called Kevin Cleary at 9:00 the next morning and he promptly returned my call. He very clearly explained his prices, breaking down the cost of the service call ($95) as well each of the parts. He had several service calls to make that day, but he gave me a two-hour window for when he would be able to come. He called me about an hour before he came and he arrived right at the time he had given me. When he arrived he explained what needed to be done and he also checked the door for any other parts that seemed worn. He was very honest and even though he said the cables looked fine, I still opted to also have them replaced while he was here. He replaced both springs, two cables and four wheels for a total cost of $195. Kevin (and his helper) were totally professional and very pleasant. By 2:00 in the afternoon the door was fixed and I was completely satisfied. Kevin was so easy to work with and I will definitely use him again.

Spoke to Kevin earlier this year for an estimate. I finally deceided to get a new garage door. He showed up as planned. Removed the old garage door and motor. Put up new tracks and springs. Garage door looks great. I am very happy with the work. They were neat and kept everything clean. Would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic! Kevin showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got my two new openers installed super fast. The openers he uses are quiet and basically top of the line, for a great price (don't be fooled by the big box stores, the price doesn't include installation). I would absolutely use him again, and recommend him to people.

Yesterday a spring flew off my garage door. Although I was able to re-attach the spring, the closer would not function properly and the door kept opening and closing. I was unable to do anything to adjust it. I called Kevin Cleary and he responded within the day, and gave me fair prices for everything that might be entailed. He arrived on time today and repaired it so its working better than ever. Since the doors and mechanisms are 50 years old, we are thinking that a new more attractive set is something we will do in the near future. I am 100% positive that I will use Kevin, I have no need to look elsewhere.
