just want to say I put my shout out on facebook...I was so pleased with window therapy...my blinds are over 10 years old...white with a slight design grove...and they badly needed cleaning...eric from talking on the phone...to his picking up the blinds on wed. and brought back on Friday....super clean...I had 12 blinds...like new...and the price he quoted was the price...and it was very fair...one of my other quotes...using a truck outside your door. take down clean in truck...then would rehang same day...but the difference in price was huge . thanked him and said no thanks because he was why over priced which then had him give me a knew price for cash...$300.and it was under his first quote i said no again...called eric back...we couldn't be happier...and it was a large difference in money.

Eric and his team responded quickly and efficiently, arrived on time, and were very professional in every regard. They cleaned area rugs and two pairs of velvet drapes. They removed and returned the items on time, and took care to keep me informed of progress, I cannot fault this company.

I cannot say enough about this company...it was really difficult to find a reliable person to keep their word ..but within literally two minutes Eric from Window Therapy called me back , gave me a price, a date he'd be here to pick up my shades. When he returned them it was like I had brand new Levolor blinds . They did a beautiful job ..I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of job done , They also do upholstery cleaning....will call them again !
