James arrived when he said he would. His estimate of time was accurate. When he entered the house he put booties on. The generator maintenance was expertly done and I will have them continue this service. Very happy.

Mike D'Angelo installed our Briggs and Stratton standby generator system two years ago. Unfortunately, the engine had a manufacturing defect causing an intermittent failure. Mike worked closely with the manufacturer to solve the problem. Ultimately, the manufacturer replaced the unit with an updated version at no cost to me. I think that Mike's meticulous approach and close communication with Briggs and Stratton was instrumental in getting the replacement unit authorized. We now have a brand new generator with a brand new warranty. Thanks, Mike! Kudu's to Briggs and Stratton for standing behind their unit as well.

Generator is now up and running like new. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and is clearly an expert on generator operation. He even loaned me a charger to recharge my battery. Higlhy recommend.

I was impressed with Mike starting with our initial phone conversation. He was very familiar with my generator and had the expertise and parts to diagnose the problem. He came at the scheduled time and tested the alternator. The alternator stator has a bad winding. He did not have a replacement stator. It is an expensive part and I have not decided whether to replace it or get a new generator. The charges for the service call and time spent were very reasonable. When I decide how to proceed, I will call Reliable Power Systems for whatever help I need.

I called on a Sunday. He picked up the phone! He fired up his computer and was able to ballpark an estimate. It was a 60% savings from another quote I had received. Punctual to the minute. Fix took 30 minutes. Amazing service! Don't hesitate to call him.
