Extremely clean and prompt. Everything I ask to have done was completed in a very professional manner. Ben and Georgia were excellent and I highly recommend this company. I never heard of them before it was a shot in the dark and I believe I had a bullâ  s-eye thank you guys.

Very honest company. They saved me money. I am having more work done with them. I just used this company again on 6/12/24. They came and ran a whole new system for me for my garage. They had to dig in the ground to run wires throughout my house and back to the garage, but I have a dedicated system for the garage only that will not interfere with anything in the house. This is a plus. They spent a whole day and took their time to do the job correctly. I am satisfied with what they did. The only concern I had was after they dug up my ground, they did not pour cement down to cover up the large, large hole that's in the backyard. So now I have to get another company to come in and pour concrete to fill in the hole. However, the man did tell me that he informed my husband about this situation and like a typical man (LOL), my husband did not inform me that we would have to call in another company to do this work now. So now this is another expense and another company I have to deal with. But Duffy Electrical is a very good company and they take pride in their work. I am happy with my garage having it is own dedicated system. Now, I do not have to be afraid about loosing electricity in my house while out in the garage. I can also add on to this system as we will later on. I recommend this company highly. You will be satisfied and happy. The price was a little steep but it's worth it.

Good but expensive

They were very friendly and professional! They did great work and I would definitely hire them again. They had to take down existing 100 year old box and install new fan rated Bar Box and put up a new ceiling fan.

They responded promptly. They were able to make a quick appointment. I did not like that I had to pay $69.00 for them to just come in and look but I needed someone so I paid. After about a half hour of not being able to figure out what was going on they started to charge me $300. for them to look further to find the problem. I felt stuck because I already paid the $75.00 (yes they charged tax for them to walk in the door as well) and they still hadn't found the problem. What am I supposed to say no thank you and send them away? Thats one way to manipulate a home owner. After an hour of them looking they could not find the problem so suggested I run a new line. They came up with the price of $950. to run a new line from an open fuse box panel. They made 1 hole in y wall, ran the line up the side of the house 1 more hole and then through a space in the atic. (A little pricey for such an easy project) OH AND... they did not reduce the price so this 1 line cost me $1300. RIDICULOUS!!!! (and yes I know we are in a recession but really?) Also, they 2 guys that came the first day were very nice and professional. The next day when "they" returned to finish the job the owner came. I don't know if he wanted a medal for coming to my house but seemed annoyed that I could care less that he was the owner. He was rude to his employee. It was a super hot day and although there wasn't a lot of work he did not help him at all. He sat in his akir conditioned truck while this employee sweated his ass off. I could not believe he didn't help him. Not sure why he even showed up.

Duffy Electric charged an hourly rate for all the work. I had purchased exactly what I wanted before hand in terms of the equipment and lighting, etc. They came and did the job in two hours. Three hanging integrated LED lights installed with all new dimmable switches including one al right over a stair case which was a pain, at least in my opinion to get to. Even giving a tip of 10%, it was still 400 bucks cheaper. Just FYI, get everything you need ahead of time. This lower price came from being prepared, I'm sure it would have been far more expensive if they were bringing their own switches and equipment.

Prompt, expeditious , courteous. Plan to use them again for recessed lighting install in bathroom in a couple of months.

They also provided information of payment immediately via my email. That, I liked because the information was readily available????. I was kept informed and that was also awesome.

can't thank the folks at Duffy Electric enough for their fantastic work and incredible customer service. I discovered on a Saturday late morning that the basement outlets and outside lighting fixtures weren't working, and we were expecting company for the weekend. I called around to several places and wasn't able to find anyone who could provide same-day service let alone return my message, until I spoke to Jennifer. She took pity on me and called their crews to see if any were running ahead of schedule, and was able the get the job scheduled for the afternoon. They were extremely professional and got the job done in no time! Going forward I won't use anyone else!
