Very prompt and professional

I tried to install a fan and tracking light in my kitchen. The wiring was 50 years old and Freil so I call the professionals. Wasn't sure of the labor charge cause I had no comparison but the work was done professionally and I'm happy with their service and Probably will use them again. like any good Homeowner, we will look into the going rate for electrician per hour.

Response time was rapid. I especially liked when the electrician removed his shoes upon entering without being asked. There was a snowy nor'easter two days before and his sense of cleanliness was most welcomed. Job of replacing under-cabinet lighting and switches was performed quickly and without a hitch.

Mike did an excellent job troubleshooting some wiring problems in the basement. Definitely would hire again!

I thought the project would be difficult but he figured it out fast

They did the job, they found out what the problem was. However the technician was on his cell phone from the moment he got to the door to the moment he left the house. The job was very expensive, there was a charge of $30.00 for an outlet that costs less than $5.00.

Issue: the high-hat lights in our kitchen were not working due to connection issues. Duffy sent an electrician who diagnosed the problem, recommended replacing with LED lights, gave a fair estimate, left to get supplies and then completed the job, including clean up. Would highly recommend.

I was called within an hour of posting my request and the job was done the next day😀. It was not a big job but I did not want to risk wiring something incorrectly so called a pro. It was pleasant not to have to make multiple calls to get a job completed. Dry pleased with the work.

I have used Brian on 3 occasions over the last year. First to replace some outlets & a switch, Next an attic fan & some circuit breakers. Lastly to repair a wiring issue that caused arcing. Brian is very knowledgeable & honest.

Robert does excellent work. I initially used him to install wall sconces (new installation), as well as move a light from the wall to the ceiling for an overhead pendant/chandelier. Actually Robert had to come back twice to hang the chandelier, because the original light (pendant) I purchased could not be used on a slope ceiling. He was very nice, explained to me why he strongly suggested me not using the pendant light, and returned to install the new chandelier with no problem. He did the work, cleaned up, and was very professional. I have used him again.

Great service; I would use them again. They came on time. 3 outlets werent working and they assessed the issue within 10-15 mins; completed the entire job in an hr. They explained the issue and asked about couple of options, so they definitely didnt force anything on us. I asked other questions too and they more than willingly answered sufficiently. They also covered their shoes so they dont get the floors dirty. Nothing negative to say. I didnt get other companies' price quotes so Im not sure if the price/value was decent, but I found them thru this website and got comfort with all the poaitive reviews.

Brian and his guys are super accommodating. They come early and finish on time. I needed the work done before I had to leave and they finished exactly on time, even skipped lunch to accomplish the task. They made sure everything was as I wanted every step of the way, no shortcuts. Answered every pesky question I threw at them. Brian followed up afterwards with a call to make sure everything was satisfactory. Which I appreciated very much. Thanks guys! I'll be sure to refer my friends and family.
