Came as promised services was requested were performed and had some other things and they took care of it.

Brian took care of a rather confusing set up and made the necessary corrections. Nicely done and good customer service. My daughter even liked his singing!

Brian immediately called me back. I explained the situation 3 of my outlets were out in the bedroom and kitchen including the refrigerator. Mike came and accessed the situation. he was stumped but determined to find the cause and he did. Mike added a new line for the refrigerator and bedroom. His work was excellent and explained everything to me as he went through the house. I have already recommended Duffy Electric and will continue to do so. EXCELLENT!!!!!

Our appointment had been scheduled for 11:00 AM last Tuesday. However, it was necessary to reschedule to Wednesday because the office had misplaced our repair order. This was located after we waited until 12:30, when we called to find out what was causing the delay. Finally on Wednesday the repair was done quickly and efficiently. At that time my husband was told we'd been given a discount due to our inconvenience. I don't know how much of a discount it was, because my husband neglected to inquire as to an amount. So, in short, the job was done in a satisfactory manner.

In looking for a reputable Electrician, a friend referred me to Home Advisor. Within 5 minutes of signing up, I received a call from Brian Duffy, the owner of Duffy Electric. I explained the scope of my work, Brian asked a few questions and then advised me of his consultation/ assessment fee and if I used his company that fee was waived ( standard in the industry) Electrical work is competively priced on Long Island and I have neither the time or patience to spend a lot of time " shopping" prices. I needed a Master Electrician asap as my project had moved along much faster than I anticipated. As i was on the phone eith Duffy I was reading reviews on his company on both HA and Yelp. All 4 stars and up. I hired him on the phone. Within 30 min I had a confirmation email and we were set for 10am the next morning. Michael the Electrician showed up right on time and was friendly, respectful and listened to me as I explained the job and showed him around. Being a single middled aged woman , who worked in construction mgt for many years, these were the qualities I look for. Michael worked tirelessly thruout a very hot humid day. He also had to work around my landscape team as they all were in the same physical space. Not an easy feat, but Michael was a perfect fit. At the end of the day, he flipped a switch and my brand new backyard garden came to life. Lighting, a fountain ,and outlets. All beautifully done. His work was neat, clean and meticulous. And he never stopped smiling. Having strangers in and out of your home all day can be nervewracking to say the least. Michael made this big job very easy for me. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Duffy in a NY minute. He is neither the highest priced guy out there or the cheapest. When it comes to electrical work do you really want the cheapest? Not me, you get what you pay for and I got a great job. Thank you Brian Duffy and Michael for helping make my landscape dream come true !
