Description of Work: They came, confirmed that the toilet was running, and told me that they didn't stock the part but if I ordered it, they could install it for the going hourly rate. The checkup was a total waste of time and money.

Description of Work: He was scheduled to come out to our home to start the service, and 15 minutes prior to his scheduled time he called and cancelled. He then informed me that he would not be coming at all because they are no longer offering that deal, even though I just purchased the deal and know it has not yet expired.

Description of Work: The initial estimate was $530 and after the work was begun, the plumber (Santos) who was polite and thorough, said that the work could be done for less than the initial estimate and made the adjustment as soon as he was done which was faster than I had expected considering the house was 86 years old with the original plumbing intact. I would recommend them without a second thought.

Description of Work: I called Dempster Plumbing and 10 mins later they were at my door. The man who did the work was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I wish life were always this easy. Three drains snaked and draining like new.

Description of Work: $1500 in 2011. Had replaced drain pipe under house 3 years ago. A leak developed at a joint. They came out within 2 hours of my call, repaired it for free.

Description of Work: We had a very poor experience with Dempster plumbing. First they had to reschedule their appointment twice due to other emergencies. Second, they installed the faucet knobs backwards and argued that they were correct. They replaced our shower cartridge but installed it incorrectly where we barely had any hot water. The day after they completed the work we had a leak at our water heater where they had adjusted the valve. When they came out to replace some parts they had to go out to shop for replacement parts and we had to pay for his 2 hour shopping trip.

Description of Work: Needed a waterline hooked up for a new fridge did a good job and stayed to make sure everything worked properly. Very courteous and polite.

Description of Work: cut hole in marble wall, removed broken pipe, welded on new pipe, installed a cover plate over the hole and installed new shower head
